Hi Mr. Riordan,
Do you think Gianelli is insane? I mean that literally. I know this dangerously unstable lunatic targeted everyone in my life but he seems positively insane. People are now noting that the prosecutor is a paranoid and psychotic liar with motive. Berkeley PD thought it was LA wasting taxpayer dollars. They questioned me about Cohen's role in the Phil Spector matter and the IRS situation with respect to Cohen. Very intelligent men. I sent a Valentine to the FBI as an example of the sheer lunacy I have been dealing with in LA.
Actually, the IRS just advised me to file fraud form 3949a with respect to Cohen's fraudulent and outrageous tax refund and the illegal K-1s and I have now done that. That wasn't a bluff. The IRS also raised issues regarding these illegal K-1s and the refund having to do with identity theft re. Cohen, etc.
I can assure you that Paulette is not naive and we are in very close touch. I know precisely what she thinks and I also know this - the prosecution never bothered to speak with her although she worked with Phillip for years. It seems as though Gianelli is really thinking of the Phil Spector matter and not so much Cohen's tax fraud. As my lawyers understand - Leonard Cohen committed tax fraud; this trial wsa nothing other than a tax fraud case that involves Phil Spector; and it all demands an IRS investigation.
Interesting that Streeter would lie about the Valentine's Day card that I sent to the FBI. The woman, like Cohen, is a pathetic liar. Think of the taxpayer dollars wasted on Phil Spector's set up and the preposterous attempts to keep Cohen credible. Usual suspects are out and about again targeting me - Gianelli, Linda ... Kelly Green should be weighing in momentarily. He/she always reminds me of Alan Jackson.
Love,
Kelley
A lot of water over the dam here since the last comment. Lynch never filed a motion to strike the brief. No, after publishing that she filed a substitution of attorneys form firing her attorney and representing herself, did she do that either.
Instead, Lynch has instructed her laywer (the same lawyer) to abandon her pending appeal.
Since the record on appeal has been filed already the Court may or may nt dismiss the appeal.

I'm still holding out for revocation of probation. Any news on that yet?

Amazingly - because KL has done everyyhing in her power to insult and even threaten the prosecutor (she sent her a Vallentine) - no.

KL has a new spam victim, a former Spector Asst. Who was naïve enought to send KL a one line response to an email. KL is now fowarding same to the usual suspects, posting her contact info, and posting chatty emails addressed to her on her blog that imply this poor soul agrees with Lynch's persecution and conspiracy theories re Cohen and others.

We have read Kelley Lynch's use of the "assume I'm bluffing" catch phrase about a dozen times in the context of a myriad of threated action, from sueing this blog for libel, to initiating a tax court action, to moving to set aside the Cohen default, to suing the LAPD - and on and on and on.
NOT ONCE has she ever followed through.
Not only did Lynch fail to do any of the things referenced in her December 29 post, on March 7 she filed an "abandonment" of her appeal - after forcing the tax payers to fund a transcript on appeal and an opposition brief.
Assume you are bluffing? Doe the sun set in the West?
