Hello,
When all else fails, Gianelli falls back on Bruce Cutler. It's interesting that Gianelli feells comfortable speaking for Dennis Riordan as well as the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and FTB. Leonard Cohen went into a court of law, took the witness stand, perjured himself excessively, lied about the IRS and Phil Spector, and obtained an unconscionable refund based on lies, concealment of evidence, and fraud. It's hard to imagine why taxpayers would want the IRS to ignore the fact that a Canadian moved to this country and defrauded the U.S. and state governments of millions of dollars.
Gianelli has no idea what type of relationship I have with anyone - including Dennis Riordan. The reason for that is because this stalker doesn't know me; is obsessed with me; targeted everyone in my life; and lies about me. In any event, I know Phil Spector and Bruce Cutler worked for him. If Bruce Cutler wants to align himself with this lunatic he needs his head examined.
My book is coming along nicely. It's none of Blogonaut's business - and neither is what I do legally or when I do anything. I think it's clear that Phil Spector needs to do something about the fact that Leonard Cohen now has three versions of his Phil Spector gun story before LA Superior Court.
Beyond all of this, I cannot imagine to whom Gianelli is addressing any of his comments. Possibly Leonard Cohen, Steve Cooley, and Alan Jackson. I suppose the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service and the Washington Bureau of the FBI have better things to do than play a prank with me. Gianelli's logic is so circular and rotten that it really is like watching a chicken with its head cut off. In any event, the prosecutor's misconduct will be addressed in the motion or writ Francisco Suarez is filing on my behalf - and it will address the perjury she elicited, including with respect to the IRS and federal tax matters.
I have now sent you Ann Diamond's email confirming the details of her conversation with Freda Guttman. Cohen is well aware of the fact that these two women accused him of molesting Lorca Cohen. Or, more specifically, that his daughter told Guttman's daughter that her father molested her. Leonard Cohen's own conduct annoys Leonard Cohen.
All the best,
Kelley
Ms. Lynch is launching emails like bottle rockets today, apparently quite unaware that her email recipients have no reason whatsoever to immerse themselves her obscure points relating to trial excerpts from her misdemeanor harassment trial when even she is trying to get the appeal dismissed at this point.
It is just beyond her that noted appellate lawyer Dennis Riordan (with whom Lynch has no more a personal or business relationship than she did with Bruce Cutler), the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, or the Washington Field Office of the FBI might have greater concerns on their plates than Kelley Lynch’s misdemeanor convictions for harassment and violating a restraining order. Indeed, some on her CC list have notified me (in emails that I forwarded to Lynch in the past) that they are blocking her emails and have been for some time.
Or perhaps she just wants those reading her blog to believe she has the ear of such important people?
Lynch also writes:
“We are filing a motion or writ and I am preparing a document with all the prosecutorial lies, witness perjury, etc. The lies are so excessive that I believe the decision to abandon the appeal was involuntary but a court in LA is not going to force me to engage in the insanity with the City Attorney's office.”
Keeping in mind that in 2009 she claimed to be poised to sue this blog for libel and was going to retain Bruce Cutler to sue Leonard Cohen, DA Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, the LAPD, and the Santa Monica PD, and that in 2010 Lynch claimed to be poised to publish a tell-all book about Cohen and on the verge of filing a motion to set aside Cohen’s May 16, 2006 $7.9M default judgment against her – but has never done ANY of those things – we wonder at this point if Lynch can tell her own litigation and revenge fantasies from reality.
She still has not filed the “writ of habeas corpus” referenced in her December 29, 2012 comment (above), nor did she ever file a motion to replace her “incoherent” opening brief on appeal, or her threatened motion to replace her appellate lawyer referenced in the same post.
But that is Kelley Lynch, much nonsense, no logic, no action – ever.
