To the FBI,

Prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter lied about me excessively during this trial.  She also lied that I am in possession of the 1099 for the year 2004.  She continually raised the K-1s but didn't mention, to the jurors, that they are evidence of criminal conduct on Cohen's part. I am not a partner on LC Investments, LLC.  I think when you lie to jurors, judges, conceal evidence, that you are corrupt.  That is my personal opinion about a government actor.  What's the issue?  Streeter doesn't like the truth.  My lawyers understood she was lying.  We discussed it extensively.  Is she now communicating with Gianelli?  Those two should get married.  They are the perfect match.  

I didn't receive a call from a DA investigator.  I called Detective Viramontes/LAPD.  The Valentine card was sent to the FBI.  Streeter can lie through her teeth about that also.  I think she's completely insane.  Francisco Suarez advised me that her retaliation was criminal obstruction of justice.  

Read Gianelli's insanity.  He's now defending Sandra Jo Streeter.  She concealed evidence as well.  Everyone believes me.  They think it's gotten so carried away that LA might send a drone after me next.  The court lied about me.  The court refused to permit Agent Tejeda/IRS to take the stand.  The court essentially denied me a defense.  I only learned about Cohen's fraudulent refund on April 9th after Streeter handed my lawyers the IRS binder that proves she lied about an IRS holding re. the default.  

Anyway, she deserves Gianelli as a lawyer.  Just a liar who clearly has motive.  I withdrew my appeal for the reasons stated and my lawyer agreed with all of it.  I'm not going to tangle with liars.  They all deserve one another.  People now understand how corrupt Los Angeles is.  

Cohen thinks I would contact him?  Why?  His lies are all on the record now and he has not provided me with the tax, financial, and accounting information I need.

I think the FBI should be clear - Streeter lied to Detective Viramontes about the Valentine card I sent the FBI.  This is who this woman is.  She lied about the IRS.  Concealed information.  And, she attempted to sabotage the IRS.  These are my personal opinions.  I have never seen people like this in my life.  Brian Bennett should understand that Jack Horvath (DA's investigator) lied to the court about me.  He came to see me in 2005 after receiving an anonymous tip about my friendship with Phil Spector.

I do think Streeter is corrupt.  I also think she finally met a celebrity. Sandra Jo Streeter targets me, lies about me, conceals evidence, and doesn't want to hear what I think?  I'm entitled to my opinion and that includes what I've advised the IRS - that my lawyers think she attempted to sabotage the IRS and this is an IRS case and should be investigated as such.

Therefore, you sending her a “valentine” was reasonably viewed as a threat, as ANY attempted personal contact from a criminal defendant to a prosecutor would be.

The Valentine was sent to the FBI as an example of the type of lunatic I'm dealing with.  That's why I noted how Streeter distorts the truth on that card.  I guess she concealed that also.  

Therefore, it should not have surprised you one bit to receive a call from a DA investigator looking into that highly inappropriate personal contact.

I am representing myself re. the Writ of Habeas Corpus and have every right to contact the prosecutor - particularly with respect to the concealed evidence, etc.  I phoned Detective Viramontes/LAPD.  He told me Cohen didn't feel comfortable with my requests for tax information.  

In any event, a prosecutor reporting a perceived threat from a convicted criminal that she successfully prosecuted and who was sentenced to jail is not “retaliation” for the filing of your appeal and no one believes that is why you are trying to abandon it.

The drama queen comes up with more lies.  An email to the FBI is a threat against Streeter?  She continues to lie as she did to the court.  The story about Jonathan Maihart, told to two judges, was and remains insane.  My lawyers said it made her appear crazy.  They didn't think the judge understood that she lies.  That was amazing to hear.  

You always throw in the towel when you know you are in the wrong and about to lose.

You state:

“The appeal was abandoned because the prosecutorial misconduct was outrageous. She is a liar. She attempted to retaliate during the appeal. The City Attorney's office continued on with the lies. Exculpatory evidence has been concealed and that includes the fact that Cohen owes me millions.”

NOTE:  Gianelli, using quotes, lies about what my appeal abendonment motion said.  The exculpatory evidence includes an email to the prosecutor from Cohen re. a different version of a Phil Spector gun story than what he testified to.  

We have already established that investigating your inappropriate personal contact with Sandra Jo Streeter was not “retaliation”.

This man has established nothing.  He's delusional.

The rest of your unsupported assertions (if you believed them true) are reasons to MAINTAIN the appeal, not to abandon it.

They are the reasons I abandoned the appeal and the appellate division and the trial judge should be aware of that fact by now.  

You don’t sound very remorseful for your harassment of your victim or respectful to the court and its officers, to say the least.

I never harassed Leonard Cohen.  He has a major tax hit he's facing and his tax fraud is, no doubt, criminal in nature.  I have just filed fraud forms - per the IRS - with respect to the illegal K-1s and fraudulent refund.  Leonard Cohen likes to fashion himself as a victim.  That's his M.O.  See all the false accusations about other people over the years.  See his theft from me, Steven and Marty Machat, and Phil Spector.  The court does not deserve my respect and there is nothing in the Constitution that commands me to respect someone who has lied about me.  I have no remorse.  I am telling the truth.  Leonard Cohen's lies about Phil Spector annoy him.  My son's accident annoys Leonard Cohen.  My younger son's custody matter annoys Leonard Cohen.  The fact that we weren't in a dating relationship, and he lied that we were, annoys Leonard Cohen.  Cohen's tax fraud annoys Cohen.  In other words, Leonard Cohen's reality and the truth about Leonard Cohen annoys Leonard Cohen.

This does not bode well for your chances of reoffending.

Absolutely laughable.  I have no interest in contacting Cohen and the IRS is aware that he has not provided me with the required 1099; the illegal K-1s confuse issues re. income on the fraudulent expense ledger; etc.  Cohen's even lying about my commission.  The man is one of the greediest men on earth.  He cannot stop lying and he has a pattern of stealing from his advisers.  It's just a simple fact.  He just doesn't like it.
