The K-1s LC Investments, LLC transmitted to the IRS (although I am not a partner) state that I received $0 income for 2004 and 2005 from that entity. And yet, the fraudulent expense ledger lists income from LC Investments, LLC. How can Cohen take a position that I didn't pay taxes when he is not in a position to receive copies of my tax returns?
Kevin Prins met with Dale Burgess (who was not fired; Cohen lied). He advised Dale that he didn't have the corporate books and records to prepare an accounting. His declaration states that he relied on Cohen's declaration that illegally states that he is the beneficial owner of Traditional Holdings, LLC and Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc. It's a bald faced lie.
Gianelli must be on the phone with Kory attempting to explain away Leonard Cohen's lies. Cohen and Prins are alleging that these are overpayments for my management commissions. That is fraud. I own 15% of all of Cohen's intellectual property. He concealed this from the court. The default judgment is fraudulent and has wrongfully altered my federal and state tax returns. I want TH income off my tax returns. This is all fraud. I was used horrendously. Dale Burgess said I would have a carry back. Cohen's transaction fees are not expenses of the corporation. I just spoke to someone who knows Cohen and their take on this: he is so arrogant, he just feels entitled to lie. He'll lie about the IRS, Phil Spector, and anything he feels like lying about.
The ledger is garbage. What accounting doesn't list assets, corporate ownership interests,etc. How convenient that Cohen's loans are missing. The man's the alter ego. He engaged in self-dealing. That's very clear.
The appeal was abandoned because the prosecutorial misconduct was outrageous. She is a liar. She attempted to retaliate during the appeal. The City Attorney's office continued on with the lies. Exculpatory evidence has been concealed and that includes the fact that Cohen owes me millions.
I left Investigator Brian Bennett/'DA's office a message. I want to know why Cohen wasn't prosecuted for stealing from me and fraud, etc. George Mueller's office had me contact Bennett. I think there was a quid pro quo. People cannot believe the DA had his investigator in the courtroom hanging out with Cohen and lunching with him.
Leonard Cohen lied and said he provided me with the tax documents and accounting. He took the stand and lied repeatedly. The IRS did not have a holding re. the default judgment. The fraudulent refund was obtained months before the default.
In any event, I will let you know if Ecco Press calls back re. Simmons' slander. Most publishers don't like lawsuits but they're involved with Leonard Cohen and he is a liar.
