Hi Francisco,
Gianelli is now publicly stating that my appeal was frivolous and LA Superior Court should impose sanctions. This man is dangerously unstable and targets everyone in my life. The court should sanction itself for wrongfully conveying my property to Cohen via a fraudulent and perjured default; allowing this type of egregious prosecutorial misconduct and retaliation; permitting Cohen to acknowledge that he perjured himself on the stand without holding him accountable; and overseeing an IRS matter which Vanderet has no jurisdiction to do. In any event, this is just a head's up. Gianelli, who is frightening and lurks in the background obsessed with me, is now thinking. And, he thinks this is a bluff. Well, the IRS just told me to address Cohen's fraudulent refund totalling nearly $700,000 and his illegal K-1s in a fraud form I filed with them and that wasn't a bluff. Who knows? Maybe Alan Jackson and Gianelli are talking about things behind the scenes. After all, there are now three embellished bogus versions of the Leonard Cohen Phil Spector gun story before LA Superior Court and as everyone is now noting- two of them are perjured.
All the best,
Kelley

PS: Ms. Lynch’s appeal is and was “frivolous” as that term is used by the California Supreme Court in In re Marriage of Flaherty - 31 Cal.3d 637, and we hope that the Appellate Department of the Los Angeles County Superior Court imposes sanctions thereunder.
