Please see updated word doc attached. Stephen Gianelli routinely attacks me publicly, attempts to elicit information by lying and slandering me, and has now threatened me over my mother's death and funeral. I have forwarded you the emails he sent to Marc Madero, LAPD's TMU, lying to him that I have traveled out-of-state, violated OR, and the judge should remand me. I have violated nothing whatsoever. And that includes the fraudulent domestic violence related orders issued to Kory & Rice without any due process of law whatsoever. It's important to review Gianelli's comments as they relate to federal tax matters, compliance with federal tax laws, and his review of the IRS Tax Crimes Handbook on behalf of Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and Michelle Rice. As you will recall, Rice wrote - lying to me, IRS and other authorities - that my requests for tax information were "belated" and I was obligated to use LA Superior Court's discovery process to obtain IRS required 1099, K-1s, corporate accountings and balance sheets, and the actual corporate tax returns for the periods 2004 and 2005. Gianelli is arguing that the criminal statute of limitations has expired. I assume that's the opinion of LAPD and the City Attorney as well. These are issues that should be argued before the US District Court. I intend to remove this retaliatory case to federal court. All of my communications with Kory & Rice are legitimate and I have consulted with numerous tax attorneys, corporate attorneys, constitutional attorneys, estate litigators, restraining order experts, etc. Not one expert believes the fraudulent California domestic violence order issued to Cohen, without due process, is a valid, lawful order. In fact, attorneys believe Cohen obtained these orders to prevent me from cooperating and/or communicating with IRS, to discredit me as a witness, to obstruct justice with respect to federal tax and corporate matters, and so forth. Attorneys have questioned Kory's standing re. these fraud restraining orders and one attorney noted that Kory doesn't have standing to even be in the courtroom. I have transmitted the emails I have received from one of the top tax attorneys in this country. He explained precisely what he felt should happen and I will submit those communications to the federal court. Corporate attorneys have reviewed the corporate books and records, tax returns, and so forth.
In any event, please review these communications. A witness and I phoned LAPD's TMU, after Gianelli wrote and lied to them, to confirm that I am in Los Angeles, this man has harassed other California residents, and he needs to be stopped. As someone wrote, the attempt to have be falsely arrested over my mother's funeral, and Gianelli's lies about those issues, is in fact obstruction of justice. I have no doubt that Gianelli and/or Kory fabricated the email originally sent to the IRS Commissioner's Staff and forwarded it to Madero. It is being investigated and I have asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate it as well. That fabricated email will now be submitted to the federal court as it is evidence of people attempting to fabricate evidence to falsely imprison me once again. These people are desperate. The issues relate to federal tax matters. That's why Kory was concerned, in his entirely perjured declaration, about his role in criminal tax fraud and theft of royalty income. He, Rice, and others are benefiting financially from their conduct.
