IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Am I ridiculous?  I don't think this is mere personal drama. I think half the local government in LA targeted me, attempted to sabotage IRS and federal tax controversies, and LA Superior Court secretly assigned me a "dating relationship" [with Leonard Cohen] that now involves VAWA funding fraud.  They were not satisfied merely sabotaging IRS, they used a fraud domestic violence order to falsely arrest me and lie about federal tax matters.  I'm not talking about a "pissant misdemeanor."  I'm talking about a blatant set up using this criminal to terrorize my sons, provoke and harass me while he represents Cohen's interests and attempts to infiltrate Phil Spector's case. I'm not relitigating anything in my RICO suits.  The VAWA funding fraud, etc. has not been litigated and I think the judge blatantly lied about the fraud DMV order at the September 1, 2015 hearing.  These people and their views on jurisdiction are outrageous.  

What the stalker wants to know - did Bruce Cutler call me?  He'll have to phone Bruce Cutler and ask him.  He's been harassing me over Bruce Cutler since 2009.  

I think the Senate Finance Committee should watch the video of my "dating relationship" with Leonard Cohen.  They can ask themselves this:  why didn't LA Confidential assign me a dating relationship with Ron Burkle or David Geffen?  Why should I be assigned a "dating relationship" with a man who fantasizes about men holding guns on him, sexually harasses women, steals from people, and perjures himself as easily as he breaths?  Also, why did Cohen and Kory go into Steve Lindsey's office to advise him that I had sex with Oliver Stone?  Am I a slut?  Is that their defense?

Hello Senate Judiciary,

An insane amount of harassment is taking place and it's far more pervasive than you can imagine.  Nevertheless, it's the usual suspects.  I had lunch with a friend today and stopped by his office to print a draft of my RICO suit.  I want to make sure you read this.  I think it's relatively well argued for someone who is not a RICO expert.   I have informed the Court about some of the RICO cases I've relied on.  I'm also attaching my Mail & Wire Fraud Schedule.  I think this gives a good, solid overview although there's far, far more.

I'm almost read to file this document and, once I do, I intend to mail a copy to Senate Grassley.  I will also reiterate my question:  why am I in receipt of a memorandum clearly confirming that Cohen and his representatives failed to report $8 million gross income re. the 2001 TH corporate return; why am I a partner on the federal tax returns: why does the Complaint before LA Superior Court confirm that state returns weren't filed either; why was Leonard Cohen permitted to transmit that Complaint to IRS and file/amend his tax returns and apply for and receive fraudulent tax refunds - using my identification information?  Those are just some of my questions.  

I see someone from the U.S. House of Representatives was on my blog.  Kelly Green is, of course, Stephen Gianelli. I have seen no evidence that Agent Tejeda exonerated anyone and I will reiterate - I didn't handle corporate, tax, IRS, legal, financial, or investment matters. I was clear about that with Cohen/Westin in February 2002 email that LA Superior Court has sealed.  I will enclose that email for Senator Grassley.  It also confirms my concern about the $1 million and $7 million inadvertent 1099s.  I want to ask Senate Grassley if he personally believes fraud upon the Tax Court is a "frivolous" matter and why the 9th Circuit might feel that way.

On a separate note, I want Senate Grassley to understand that if LA Confidential wants to assign me a dating relationship, and engage in VAWA funding fraud, I would prefer it to be someone like Ron Burkle or David Geffen.  I'm not interested in being assigned a dating relationship with a man who believes he was a participant in CIA's MK Ultra and who fantasizes about men holding guns on him, Canadian poet Leonard Cohen.

In case it's difficult to visualize, if I created a "Wanted Poster" about Von Watteville, it would look like this with the text from the Sam Menning estate trial brief.  Linda Carol and I did not distribute any such "Wanted Poster."  Gianelli is lying, as usual.  I'm not in third grade and view this lawsuit as extortion.  Once again, if Gianelli shows up for the trial, he should be arrested for his ongoing harassment, stalking, etc. of so many LA residents.

Mr. Cutler,

My criminal stalker, an ambulance chasing clown, wants to discuss you.  He lied to you.  I never said you represented me.  This individual should find other ways to infiltrate Phil Spector's case.  He has now assisted Karina Von Watteville in defrauding Paulette Brandt of REDACTED and is harassing us over her baseless, extortionate lawsuit that we were not served.  As I've said, I'm about as concerned over that lawsuit as I am about the baked potatoe I ate last week.  Nevertheless, my stalker is clear - they are going after Paulette's alleged "inheritance."  KVW went after Sam Menning's house after he died and evidently his credit card after he passed away.  I will respond to her extortion attempt in due course.

The individuals who discredited Phil Spector are the people involved in his set up.  Two of them, Dixon and Jackson, now fear for their lives over Eminem's songs "Puke" and "Love the Way You Lie."  I wrote Jackson about that issue and "Gianelli."

If you have something to say to me, please communicate with me directly.  The DMV related order - fraudulent of course - that Streeter requested for you (which you did not request) - will be an issue in my future RICO suit against the City and County.  That suit will address the potential quid pro quo between Cohen and Cooley that may very well have led to Cohen's testimony about Phillip and a gun during my trial.  He now has three contradictory versions before LA Superior Court.  He also perjured himself when he testified that he was a recipient of my email to Dennis Riordan.  Leonard Cohen feels completely comfortable lying under oath.  Gianelli is clearly a member of his legal defense team.  I believe Gianelli is "Kelly Green" who hates your guts.  

Gianelli routinely transmits false and fraudulent information to government agencies about me.  He has a weird habit of cc'ing William Frayeh and Vivienne Swanigan.  He terrorized my sons for approximately seven straight years.

I am in receipt of your harassing emails of this morning, many of which were copied to Alan Hootnick.  You seem to believe that Alan Hootnick has an interest in my legal matters.  I was unaware that Alan Hootnick is affiliated with Leonard Cohen or interested in these legal issues for that matter.

For the record, you are the individual who is not entitled to contact Doug Davis, FTB, about matters related to me.  You transmitted fraudulent and false statements to the FTB.  I have been in touch with their Fraud Unit and will rely on what Doug Davis and FTB say to me personally and not what they say to a third party stalker and an individual representing Leonard Cohen's legal interests.

No, I'm not following what you are saying.  You've been clear about your intent to dissuade me.  I didn't follow through with my appeal in the insane intent to annoy Leonard Cohen trial (related to federal tax matters and Phil Spector) because my appellate attorney, an individual you criminally harassed, concluded that the trial was an IRS matter that demanded an IRS investigation.  Furthermore, the appellate documents were filled with fraudulent misrepresentations.  

You have no idea what my RICO suit argues and are merely attempting, as is your habit, to elicit information from me. 

I have transmitted the Hitler parody "dating relationship" video to the Senate Judiciary.  I think it sums up the type of individual, Leonard Cohen, who LA Superior Court assigned me a "dating relationship" with although we were never in any such relationship, [is when it comes to his so-called relationships with women].  Cohen seems to view all women who criticize him as "scorned women."  That would include Ann Diamond.  I have asked DOJ and Senate Judiciary to investigate the fraudulent DMV order, VAWA funding fraud, and LA Superior Court's sentencing that related to DMV issues, extortion re. DMV fines, and requirements (such as anger management, etc.) that relate to DMV statutes.  Actually, the Senate Judiciary should be clear that I listen to the Sound of Music.  I have informed Senate Judiciary that Pat Dixon "fears for his life" over Eminem's song "Puke" and Alan Jackson "fears for his life" over Eminem's song "Love the Way You Lie."  They should feel free to draw their own conclusions.

I don't think I've harmed Phil Spector but I am clear that my matters with Cohen are inter-related and am convinced that there was a quid pro quo between Cohen and the former DA Steve Cooley that led to Cohen's testimony during my trial about Phil Spector and a gun incident.  Cohen now has three contradictory versionsof that incident before LA Superior Court.  What you have done with Phil Spector is set up reasonable doubt theories that can be refuted.  You've worked in tandem with Michelle Blaine, Ed Lozzi, Susanne Walsh (Cohen's fan), and others.  You have argued Spector prosecution theories online.  Alan Hootnick should be aware of that since he responded to your lies about Clarkson's DNA not being on the ammunition and your lies about the gun being Phil Spector's.  

As for Bruce Cutler, if you want to speak to him directly, feel free to do so.  Bruce Cutler is an adult who is capable of communicating with me directly and has in fact done so.

You are a member of Cohen's legal defense team and moonlighting for the Spector prosecution.  I am certain of that fact.
