I am in receipt of your harassing emails of this morning, many of which were copied to Alan Hootnick. You seem to believe that Alan Hootnick has an interest in my legal matters. I was unaware that Alan Hootnick is affiliated with Leonard Cohen or interested in these legal issues for that matter.
For the record, you are the individual who is not entitled to contact Doug Davis, FTB, about matters related to me. You transmitted fraudulent and false statements to the FTB. I have been in touch with their Fraud Unit and will rely on what Doug Davis and FTB say to me personally and not what they say to a third party stalker and an individual representing Leonard Cohen's legal interests.
I'm not interested in anything you have to say about my RICO suit or the 9th Circuit and that includes, but is not limited to, the 9th Circuit's position that fraud upon the Tax Court is "frivolous." I have responded directly to the 9th Circuit and feel free to review that communication. The 14th Sharmapa, an individual you targeted and slandered, was convinced that I am the victim of corrupt politicians and law enforcement. You then created the 14th Sheepdog moniker and have, from my perspective, used many monikers to harass me with, engage in self-serving dialogues with yourself, and that would include the moniker Kelly Green. The U.S. Supreme Court has different rules for pro se litigants and does not require the $3,000 printing editions. They provide a very simple form for the self-represented litigant that so many courts view with hostility.
No, I'm not following what you are saying. You've been clear about your intent to dissuade me. I didn't follow through with my appeal in the insane intent to annoy Leonard Cohen trial (related to federal tax matters and Phil Spector) because my appellate attorney, an individual you criminally harassed, concluded that the trial was an IRS matter that demanded an IRS investigation. Furthermore, the appellate documents were filled with fraudulent misrepresentations.
You have no idea what my RICO suit argues and are merely attempting, as is your habit, to elicit information from me.
I have transmitted the Hitler parody "dating relationship" video to the Senate Judiciary. I think it sums up the type of individual, Leonard Cohen, who LA Superior Court assigned me a "dating relationship" with although we were never in any such relationship, [is when it comes to his so-called relationships with women]. Cohen seems to view all women who criticize him as "scorned women." That would include Ann Diamond. I have asked DOJ and Senate Judiciary to investigate the fraudulent DMV order, VAWA funding fraud, and LA Superior Court's sentencing that related to DMV issues, extortion re. DMV fines, and requirements (such as anger management, etc.) that relate to DMV statutes. Actually, the Senate Judiciary should be clear that I listen to the Sound of Music. I have informed Senate Judiciary that Pat Dixon "fears for his life" over Eminem's song "Puke" and Alan Jackson "fears for his life" over Eminem's song "Love the Way You Lie." They should feel free to draw their own conclusions.

I don't think I've harmed Phil Spector but I am clear that my matters with Cohen are inter-related and am convinced that there was a quid pro quo between Cohen and the former DA Steve Cooley that led to Cohen's testimony during my trial about Phil Spector and a gun incident. Cohen now has three contradictory versionsof that incident before LA Superior Court. What you have done with Phil Spector is set up reasonable doubt theories that can be refuted. You've worked in tandem with Michelle Blaine, Ed Lozzi, Susanne Walsh (Cohen's fan), and others. You have argued Spector prosecution theories online. Alan Hootnick should be aware of that since he responded to your lies about Clarkson's DNA not being on the ammunition and your lies about the gun being Phil Spector's.
As for Bruce Cutler, if you want to speak to him directly, feel free to do so. Bruce Cutler is an adult who is capable of communicating with me directly and has in fact done so.
You are a member of Cohen's legal defense team and moonlighting for the Spector prosecution. I am certain of that fact.
