Sandra123 has sent me another harassing email which is clearly an attempt to elicit information.  This is the ongoing tactic.  I am working on my declaration and will answer these questions for the court.  I am submitting all of sandra123's emails to the court. 

I also enclose Sandra Jo Streeter's so-called 2012 cross examination which consists of outrageous lies with respect to federal tax, corporate, and other matters.  I will review this with the court also as the City Attorney is now attempting to use the fraudulent 2012 trial record against me.

I would like you to review this site that sandra123 (possibly my prosecutor or perhaps it's Gianelli impersonating Streeter) brought to my attention.  In particular, under FAQ, please see the preposterous question and statements about Cohen's probable tax fraud.  I was not served Leonard Cohen's lawsuit and this issue remains ongoing in the appeals (including the fraudulent renewal of default judgment).  I have asserted that I was not served for years now.  I have also expressed concerns about the use of these lawsuits to cover up criminal tax fraud.  The introduction section asks people to contact Michelle Rice about my alleged legal arguments.  Is it your understanding that Michelle Rice represents me?  I've discussed this website with IRS and will address all fraudulent pleadings, statements, etc. with that division privately . This website, which evidently had Leonard Cohen's blessings (proving his obsession until the moment of his death), was publicly introduced in conjunction with the City Attorney's blatantly retaliatory and fraudulent complaint.

Is Kelley Lynch's allegation of "tax fraud" against Cohen a sufficient justification for her non-participation in the lawsuit Cohen brought against her for misappropriation of his funds and breach of her fiduciary duties?

No. Lynch repeatedly asserted to Cohen's attorneys that she was not participating in the litigation because of her subjective belief that the whole matter constituted "tax fraud." Lynch claimed to have "reported" Cohen to the IRS in April 2005 and alleged that Cohen filed his lawsuit in August 2005 as retaliation for her report. But attorneys for Cohen believe the evidence suggests Lynch's actual report of Cohen to the IRS was in March 2007, ten months after Cohen's judgment was entered against her, and it resulted in no change in Cohen's income tax returns for any of the years at issue after IRS review.

If Lynch truly believed her allegation of "tax fraud" had any merit, there was nothing precluding Lynch from asserting her claim either as a counterclaim against Cohen's lawsuit, a cross-claim against Westin or as an affirmative defense to Cohen's claims against her. 

For a claim of fraud to justify equitable relief from a judgment, the fraud must be extrinsic, meaning the fraud deprived Lynch of her opportunity to present her case in court. Lynch put forth her claim of "tax fraud" in her motion for terminating sanctions. The court denied Lynch's motion stating that she had not demonstrated there was extrinsic fraud and shown no basis to set aside the default judgment.

I've spoken with attorneys, including this morning, and no one agrees with what sandra123@gmail.com is saying.  Therefore, and this might be Gianelli or my prosecutor, someone is attempting to mislead me.  Any 1101 evidence would be evidence of fraud and/or perjury so the fraudulent trial record is a serious issue and I have raised this with the Court.  

There was and remains no domestic violence and the California order is fraudulent.  Furthermore, the intent to annoy insanity during my 2012 trial is an issue.  I know precisely what res judicata means.  I think it's very serious when prosecutors and witnesses lie to jurors.  That's an ongoing issue re. my 2012 trial.  The City Attorney should feel free to argue that lying to jurors is perfectly acceptable.  I think the City Attorney and their witnesses prior bad acts should be admissible.  

I'm dealing with experts on the so-called evidence and am requesting funds for an investigator and expert witness.  Robert Kory & Michelle Rice are co-conspirators and the protected party is deceased and permanently domiciled in Canada.

What's the revenge issue?  That Leonard Cohen stole from me, obtained fraudulent tax refunds, and refused to provide me with IRS required tax and corporate information?  As I've said - these are revenge fantasies.

I would like to review this harassing email sent to me at 6:54 AM from someone who is either my former prosecutor or impersonating her.  These harassing communications are not "calm, insightful emails."  They continue to argue Leonard Cohen's and Kory & Rice's legal positions and defenses - as well as their pursuit of fraudulent retaliatory proceedings.  The voice mail messages were raised in 2012 and res judicata applies.  This case is not relitigating the 2012 issues.  

It's irrelevant if "no one cares" about my decision to appeal my matters to the U.S. Supreme Court.  That is my decision and that is precisely what is going to happen.  I have no idea what the odds are with the U.S. Supreme Court.  I think the odds are as good as anyone else's odds and their pro se procedures are quite straightforward.  The issues are of national import and that includes the State of California assigning dating relationships, without notice or a hearing, to people who sexually abused, sexually assaulted, and exposed themselves to their female colleague and the fact that the Colorado order was not a DV order and VAWA is inapplicable.  The arguments that one can just fraudulently register an order in California are astounding.  

This email appears to be an attempt to elicit information about my defense and what I intend to do re. the City Attorney's ongoing malicious prosecution.  I have filed two motions:  a motion to terminate the fraudulent DV related orders issued to Kory and Rice during these proceedings without notice, a hearing, confrontation, evidence, good or any other cause, or due process of law.  The other motion asks the Court to recuse the City Attorney's Office due to conflicts and ongoing misconduct.  Those motions will be heard on April 25th as confirmed by the Court this morning. 

Leonard Cohen personally testified that he never heard from me in 2009, 2010, and testified that he heard from me on or around September 21, 2011 at the last so-called trial.  The entire trial record is fraudulent.  I think that creates serious issues with the situation in Boulder, Colorado in 2009 and will ask a Court to take judicial notice of that fact.  This individual has information about the alleged images sent.  I have no idea what anyone is talking about.  

I have advised everyone that if they want to discuss federal tax matters, including Cohen's willful refusal to provide me with IRS required tax/corporate information, the U.S. District Court is the proper venue.  

I have also addressed this website with an agent from IRS.  I have explained to this agent that I will review every single fraudulent, perjured legal pleading on this site as some of it was transmitted to IRS to obtain fraudulent tax refunds, file and amend Cohen's returns, and defend Cohen with Agent Luis Tejeda, IRS.   The website notes that people should contact co-conspirator "Michelle Rice."

I want to recap what is going on right now.  The City Attorney's prosecutors have relentlessly lied throughout four recent hearings.  I will review all transcripts privately with IRS.  An individual, sandra123@gmail.com, continues to harass me, members of my family, my roommate, and others.  I have once again received an utterly vile, vulgar email advising me that I should be raped, murdered, or commit suicide.  That email also horrendously slanders Oliver Stone.  Stephen Gianelli has continued to harass me and it appears to involve the IRS as he copied IRS although he previously sent me evidence that IRS blocked his emails as harassing.  

I have requested a remedy from the California DOJ regarding Leonard Cohen's fraudulent domestic violence orders and the fraudulent domestic violence orders LA Superior Court continues to transmit into local, state, and federal databases.  I have asked FBI for a remedy with respect to the federal databases they maintain.  

I have two appellate briefs due within the next two weeks.  It is quite clear that Kory & Rice are retaliating, with others, over the fraud upon the court appeal.  If there is an adverse decision, that will be appealed to the California Supreme Court and then the US Supreme Court who does follow Hazel Atlas.  I have a very difficult time understanding why LA Superior Court condones the use of fraud, perjury, and fabricated evidence to obtain verdicts, judgments, orders.  This is an ongoing pattern and practice.  All adverse appeal decisions will ultimately be appealed to the US Supreme Court.  They have a very straightforward pro se process.  

Once I have further details from my prosecutor today, I will file formal complaints summarizing last week's activity.  I will continue to do this on a weekly basis now.
