IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Here are the latest harassing emails from Stephen Gianelli.  Karina Von Watteville is copied on many of them.  As of today’s date, I have not been served her baseless, extortionate lawsuit.  I will respond, as I’ve said, once served and in due course.

Gianelli is attempting to elicit information about my communications with FBI.  Of course, this man does not know me and this is not the only communication I’ve received from FBI.

Gianelli wrote to harass me over my RICO suit and copied Alan Hootnick on that particular email.  Another attempt to elicit information.  Leonard Cohen will be served the suit and he can respond accordingly.

Gianelli wrote me with KVW copied in.  The Sam Menning’s case, including the allegation that KVW used the credit card of a dead man, will be addressed in my responses to KVW’s lawsuit.  For some reason, Gianelli wants to discuss Pat Dixon’s fears about Eminem’s song “Puke” and Alan Jackson’s fears about Eminem’s song “Love the Way You Lie.”  He can call them up and discuss their revenge fantasies directly with them.

Gianelli, with KVW, is harassing me over Jack Horvath’s letter.  Horvath lied to the court.  The DA’s investigator showed up unannounced at my house in 2005; I filed a complaint with the DA’s Major Fraud Unit re. Cohen in 2006; I filed reports about the criminal negligence re. the Whole Foods incident; and so forth.  It’s all documented.  The fact that Machat’s name was highlighted by the DA’s office is the only thing of interest in Horvath’s pathetic attachment to his letter. 

Another harassing email with KVW copied in.  Perhaps they want to discuss the fact that Linda Carol was terrorized and relentlessly harassed over her declaration.  They will have an opportunity to address that with LA Superior Court.

And then, there is another harassing email re. one of the FBI’s email communications to me.  I believe Gianelli wrote and lied directly to FBI about this particular email.

I am attaching the latest draft of my RICO suit.  I am working on certain appendixes and schedules at this time.  

My stalker definitely represents the legal interests of many parties.  He should enter a formal notice of appearance in one of the matters he is harassing me over and speak directly to the court.  That would include the four appeals before the Appellate Division that will be pursued as far as necessary.  Someone should provide a remedy for Cohen's fraudulently obtained default judgment and fraud restraining orders.  How many lawyers has Cohen had to date?  Well, far more than Phil Spector had during his murder trial so that should put things in perspective.
