NOTE: I don't believe my brother-in-law and attorney, Van Penick, raised this issue. I asked him to simply contact Diamond to advise her that this upset Lorca Cohen. Cohen has now decided to lie in court about me and this issue.
Streeter: You mentioned -- you mentioned that Ms. Lynch often accused you of hurting other children; is that right?

Misstates the evidence but when a lawyer like Gianelli attempts to lure my minor son into privately communicating with him, I view him as a potential sexual predator. I have no idea who the man is and his obsession with me is frightening. The fact that he thinks Phil Spector will tolerate Leonard Cohen's lies about the gun stories before LA Superior Court proves, to me, that this man is criminally insane and definitely has motive.

In my Intent to Annoy Leonard Cohen trial, he falsely testified that I accused him of molesting children, specifically his daughter. As you know, I never accused him of that. He had me contact you because Ann Diamond published this story she heard from Freda Guttman on her public blog. I advised you to contact Diamond and let her know that this story upset Lorca Cohen. Leonard Cohen cannot lying about me. He's worried his reputation; has three versions of his Phil Spector gun story before LA Superior Court; concealed the corporate books and records (non-revocable assignments) proving I own 15% of all his intellectual property; withheld my commissions; targeted my children; testified about Rutger's fingers - which was and remains disgusting; and the story just goes on and on. Leonard Cohen thinks sexually harassing me is an intimate relationship, evidently. We were never in a dating relationship. The man confessed to perjury on the witness stand. The prosecutor is concealing an email she has that contradicts his testimony about Phil Spector. The man is not afraid when Phil Spector allegedly holds a gun to his head but is alarmed by my requests for tax information. LAPD told me Leonard Cohen didn't feel comfortable with my requests for tax information. His maniac lawyer, Robert Kory, testified that I've asked that the illegal K-1s be rescinded. The IRS has now advised me to file fraud form 3949a with respect to the illegal K-1s and the fraudulent refund Cohen has now obtained falsely accusing me.
I am attempting to abandon my appeal. The appellate division of LA Superior Court is NOT going to force me to engage in any additional lies. This is an IRS tax fraud case. My lawyers are aware of this. And it involves Phil Spector. The DA's investigator was blatantly hanging out with Cohen and lunching with him. It's pure LA Confidential.
I trust you and Babs are well. This maniac, Gianelli, continues to target me and appears to have motive. My sister's lawyer advised him to cease and desist but he refused. He relentlessly targeted Rutger and Ray.

After that I went home and went to bed for about 24 hours, after which I decided to move off the block. At the time it suddenly seemed to be that my whole history of living on Saint Dominique (from 1983 on) including threats, attacks, and other bizarre incidents, revolved around this secret.
Freda apparently later denied that she had said this, or she said I did not get her story straight, etc -- I think I heard this from Van Pennick, but didn't know whether to believe it.
