Francisco,

Streeter's evidently not happy with the abandonment of the appeal.  She probably doesn't like the fact that I addressed the prosecutorial misconduct, her lies to LAPD (which I agree was criminal obstruction of justice), and the evidence she has concealed.  She now appears to be aligned with Stephen Gianelli.  A DA investigator did not call me.  I called Detective Viramontes/LAPD and we discussed what this prosecutor was now saying about me.  I do believe she is corrupt and I am entitled to my opinion.

For the record, I believe Gianelli is absolutely obsessed with me and view him as dangerously unstable.  I believe Investigator Frayeh/DA's office may have been correct when he noted that Gianelli probably found a sympathetic ear with prosecutor Alan Jackson about me.  And, he also felt Gianelli was a shady character.

I just want to show you what is being publicly stated about the appeal abandonment.  Who needs to continue dealing with these liars?  I am writing a book and have other things to do.  If Leonard Cohen thinks I would ever contact him again then his publicly documented history of drug abuse has taken its toll.  His lies are all on the record now - including with respect to Phil Spector.  Gianelli omitted the line about the prosecutor concealing exculpatory evidence re. Phil Spector.  In other words, she concealed from the jurors the fact that she was in possession of an email from Cohen that told a different version of the Phil Spector gun story than what he testified to.  In any event, the judge did not care that he essentially confessed to perjury.  Who could respect a judge like that?

All the best,
Kelley

Ms. Lynch,

You have publicly denounced your prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter in very negative terms – even accusing her of being “corrupt”.

Therefore, you sending her a “valentine” was reasonably viewed as a threat, as ANY attempted personal contact from a criminal defendant to a prosecutor would be.

Therefore, it should not have surprised you one bit to receive a call from a DA investigator looking into that highly inappropriate personal contact.

In any event, a prosecutor reporting a perceived threat from a convicted criminal that she successfully prosecuted and who was sentenced to jail is not “retaliation” for the filing of your appeal and no one believes that is why you are trying to abandon it.

You always throw in the towel when you know you are in the wrong and about to lose.

You state:

“The appeal was abandoned because the prosecutorial misconduct was outrageous. She is a liar. She attempted to retaliate during the appeal. The City Attorney's office continued on with the lies. Exculpatory evidence has been concealed and that includes the fact that Cohen owes me millions.”

We have already established that investigating your inappropriate personal contact with Sandra Jo Streeter was not “retaliation”.

The rest of your unsupported assertions (if you believed them true) are reasons to MAINTAIN the appeal, not to abandon it.

You don’t sound very remorseful for your harassment of your victim or respectful to the court and its officers, to say the least.

This does not bode well for your chances of reoffending.
