To the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, and Mr. Riordan,
Walsh and Gianelli are frighteningly obsessed with me. In any event, Leonard Cohen operates in this manner. Walsh is his agent. She's communicating with Michelle Rice. They clearly don't have a defense. I am sitting here with someone who is seriously questioning this judge and cannot believe this man doesn't understand I had to be served and/or notified and let this circus unfold. It is an excellent point.
Know this - Leonard Cohen is only worried about his reputation. Not the truth. Not the damage he's done. He's unleashed Walsh and Gianelli. The ledger is fraud and GIanelli's arguing IRS issues now. What a lunatic. I've been clear about my views on this utterly insane man. Is he affiliated with Alan Jackson? I think someone should find that out.

- As expected, Lynch did npt explain how the 7 or 9 million dollars, belonging to Leonard Cohen, made it into Lynch's personal account, insted she repeats her old story about someone who heard someone who hear someone tell someone that Leonard Cohen molested his daughter. Maybe, technically, and if you want to minch words, Lynch did not accuse Cohen of this crime, but she certainly brought up the "story" often enough, on different occasions and different blogs, without a doubt, to cast suspicion on Cohen. Furthermore she wrote to me in a personal mail that she believed the rumors to be true, because she "knew Cohen was a pervert". I just found this mail and forwarded it to Michelle Rice. She also asked Ann Diamond to pursue the gossip story and find more evidence that could be used to charge Cohen. Lorca has stated that this story is totally and disgustingly false.Leonard Cohen's money didn't make its way into my personal account and the fraudulent expense ledger is garbage. I didn't accuse Cohen of molesting his daughter and whether or not I believe this is my opinion. It's fascinating that Walsh is sending Michelle Rice information. I have no idea what Lorca Cohen has said but she should understand that Freda Guttman's daughter evidently told her mother that Lorca Cohen made this allegation. Along those same lines, Lynch just posted testimony from her trial wherein she states because she "lost everything" she no longer has the back records to complete her 2004 tax returns.
I AGAIN sent her the link to the Prins Declaration, that attaches 90+ pages of front and back copies of cancled checks + account statements showing every dime electronically transfered from all Cohen entities to KL accounts, every dime electronically transfered from Cohen accounts into KL accounts, and the checks made out to "Leonard Cohen" and "Kelley Lynch for Leonard Cohen" that she then deposited into her own accounts.Gianelli had better not send me anything. This man has been told repeatedly to cease and desist. The illegal K-1s totally undermine the fraudulent expense ledger. Cohen is legally obligated to provide me with a 1099, per IRS reporting requirements, and there are stiff penalties for withholding this information. This is not an accounting. It does not take corporate ownership interests into consideraton. A proper accounting addresses assets, liabilities, and equities.
These records show every penny she received in income for 2004.These records are fraudulent. Gianelli obviously has motive. He's also a stark raving lunatic who is teamed up with an obsessive Cohen fan. She appears to be an agent of Cohen's who is working with his lawyers. Leonard Cohen operates in this manner. Leonard Cohen cannot explain away his theft from me, Steven and Marty Machat, and Phil Spector. He cannot explain away his lies about Phil Spector. He cannot explain away his tax fraud.
