Hello Mr. Riordan,

Evidently LA prosecutors are as delusional as Leonard Cohen and Stephen Gianelli.  In any event, do review Gianelli's insane rant on Leonard Cohen and Phil Spector.  The Grand Jury Legal adviser thought this matter was very serious - Leonard Cohen's three versions of his Phil Spector gun stories.  Judge Fidler's clerk thought it was seroius enough to advise me to write the DA and copy Judge Fidler in on the letter.  Leonard Cohen testified about Phillip after the post conviction documents were filed.  He wrote my so-called prosecutor an email after Phillip's post conviction documents.  In any event, Leoanrd Cohen clearly thiinks we were in a dating relationship.  Perhaps the drugs have taken a real toll on the man.  Why argue about modifying the order I requested when you could have registered it properly.  Watching Leonard Cohen on the stand testifying that we were in an intimate relationship was nauseating.  I suppose he has convinced Gianelli.  Perhaps Leonard Cohen has convinced himself that we were in a dating relationship.

Leonard Cohen has stolen from me, Marty and Steven Machat, and according to Steven sold Phil Spector's masters to Sony.  He committed tax fraud and the IRS just advised me to file fraud forms about his illegal K-1s and the fraudulent refund.  I suppose Gianelli is arguing that the IRS is going to let Cohen get away with his tax fraud because he's a celebrity.  They cannot settle with Cohen on any matter that involves me.  That includes, but is not limited to, the insanity with these corporate entities; the outrageous and fraudulent refund; the illegal K-1s; and other issues.  It's just that simple.

Love,
Kelley

You also assiduously avoid the logic of my pointing out that the words “Leonard Cohen” appear nowhere in any of Phil Spector’s many post-conviction appellate filings, and (therefore) the entertainer’s alleged “gun stories” are neither relevant to the reasons for Spector’s murder conviction nor do the alleged different versions of these “gun stories” pose a “problem” for Los Angeles prosecutors – since the conviction they obtained is in no way dependent on Leonard Cohen or his credibility on the subject of Phil Spector. Let alone a “problem” so serious that they would try to influence the outcome of your misdemeanor prosecution.
Rather, you have tried your best to artificially inject Leonard Cohen into the Phil Spector prosecution and subsequent appeal to serve your own wacky agenda – the half-baked hope that Phil Spector’s “legal team” will someday “join forces” with Kelley Lynch and sue her perceived enemies, including Leonard Cohen.
