Streeter had Cohen read the email and look at the first page. He did that and testified that he received this email. He was not a recipient and his lawyers were not recipients. I believe Alan Jackson was a recipient but will double check before I sent this document (addressing prosecutorial misconduct, concealment, lies, and perjury) to Francisco Suarez who is most certainly not crazy. Gianelli, as Francisco and my sister's attorney have noted, is an idiot. However, he has targeted me and others relentlessly since 2009 and now seems to be covering for Streeter which is truly fascinating. His obsession with me is frightening and creepy. In any event, do you think Streeter understood Cohen wasn't a recipient? That would be my personal opinion. I'll discuss this with Francisco. Leonard Cohen lies as easily as he breathes. And do keep in mind that he testified at the bail hearing on March 23, 2012 that I never stole from him. He also confirmed this in the news media - that he wasn't accusing me of theft. This trial is an IRS matter that involves Phil Spector and has some garbage thrown in for good measure.

Cohen: Yes, this is the email I received.
Streeter: If you could look at it and see if that email helps you recall whether or not there was any mention of either a Phil, a Phillip or Phil Spector in the email?
Cohen: In this particular email, Mr. Spector is called Phillip. RT 161

Cohen: Yes. It says, Cohen told me Phillip never held a gun on him, and that would support what he told the LAPD. RT 161
