I spoke to Neal Greenberg's lawyer, Dan Scheid, a few years ago. At that time , he confirmed (in writing) that he has evidence relating to witness tampering on the part of Leonard Cohen, Robert, Kory, Steve Lindsey, and Betsy Superfon. After he advised me to have a lawyer I didn't know subpoena that evidence, I contacted the Denver FBI as this matter absolutely crosses state borders and - as the agent noted - is taking place all across this country. In any event, this Denver FBI agent and I discussed the fact that it is important to handle evidence carefully. And, after the number of lying lawyers I have encountered, I think that's abundantly apparently. In any event, I have copied Dan Scheid in on this email and thought perhaps you might like to speak with him prior to oral arguments in my appeal.
