Kelley Lynch has read the above post but refuses to discuss anything but her claim that the Court advised her the 2009 Colorado order she violated could not be registered in CA.
Actually I am discussing all of this privately with my appellate attorney and others. I was not in a dating relationship with Leonard Cohen. He admitted to committing perjury over that issue. It is on the record. The order I requested in Colorado was a civil harassment order. LA Superior Court is clear - you cannot register a foreign civil harassment order as a domestic violence order and a dating relationship is absolutely necessary and part of the statute. Furthermore, I was not served or notified of the 2011 California order and that is how a court obtains jurisdiction over someone. Therefore, LA Superior Court did not have jurisdiction over me. Interesting that someone who views themselves as a lawyer doesn't understand fundamental principles of due process, etc. I am most definitely addressing this with Francisco Suarez.

Francisco Suarez addressed the fact that I was not served the 2011 California order that was fraudulently registered on May 25, 2011. We have discussed issues related to entrapment as well.

Bald faced lie and I am not having a dialogue with dangerously unstable Stephen Gianelli. My appellate attorney has addressed very serious issues in the appeal - including prosecutorial misconduct - and the appellate division refused to abandon the appeal. The legal aspect of this unconscionable situation is not over. Francisco Suarez also addressed the fact that Cohen owes me millions, the judge refused to permit Agent Tejeda/IRS to take the stand, and addressed the outrageous testimony with respect to Phil Spector.
