Leonard Cohen & Robert Kory Do Not Speak For Or Represent The IRS

To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

Kory cannot take the position that Cohen is in good standing with the IRS or threaten Ann Diamond with a lawsuit over that issue.


I did not refuse to participate in the proceedings in Leonard Cohen's fraudulent and retaliatory lawsuit.  I was not served the complaint, the proof of service is perjured (I had NO female co-occupant named Jane Doe with two black eyes), and the court has no jurisdiction over me or Traditional Holdings and Blue Mist Touring which were not parties to the suit, Cohen is not the sole beneficial owner of them, and there is no trust.  LA Superior Court does not require evidence of corporate ownership.  That is a serious legal issue from my pesrpective and I would like a formal IRS opinion on that matter.  Anyone can now file a lawsuit in LA, not serve the party, tell the court they own the company, and wrongfully convey someone's property to themselves.  I really would like to know why Judge Ken Freeman thinks a declaration replaces corporate books and records.  It is absurd.  

I've never threatened Cohen with violence - physical or otherwise.  The man is, from my perspective, insane.  Kory and Rice seem willing to lie about anything.  

I won the obstruction of a police officer trial in Boulder.  The jurors evidently understood the police were lying BUT David Moorhead was convinced that Leonard Cohen/Robert Kory were behind the police targeting of me in Boulder.  Then, I was told that they had contacted SMPD.  The Pit - an outrageous place where young people, drunk, were jumping from a roof into a small plastic pool.  It's incredible that this was permitted by the Boulder City Council.  

I've addressed Ronald Mitchell and noted on the record, in Boulder, that he was in the courtroom.  

The defamation - which is not defamation at all - relates to the IRS and Cohen's tax fraud.  How could Kory threaten her over that.  He's not the IRS but he does lie about he IRS, as does Cohen.
