Hello IRS and FBI,
This is precisely what Lt. Wolak told me when he pulled me aside and raised these issues. And he most certainly mentioned the IRS and what he saw on a Police Blog about this situation.
Gianelli does attempt to infiltrate matters. The man is totally out of control. Just lying about Steven Machat now. Lying about Agent Tejeda/IRS and the subpoena. This man will say anything. In fact, he transmitted a fraudulent form about me to the IRS and I absolutely believe that is criminal.
All the best,
Kelley

- Kelley Lynch says:
“Let me quote Lt. Wolak of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department now. He investigated this matter; he understands the IRS involvement here; he believes Cohen owes me millions; and he has never seen anything like my situation in 26 years in law enforcement. He could not believe I wasn't given probation. I have no remorse because I've done nothing wrong. I feel as though I've met Nazi Germany.”
Lieutenant Jason Wolak is a director of the Los Angeles County Jail Education Based Incarceration Program – where he encountered Kelley Lynch while she was a jail inmate serving her 18-month jail sentence for harassing Leonard Cohen and violating a Protective Order.I never harassed Leonard Cohen. I wasn't served or notified of the California order and the court cannot have jurisdiction over me. That's how courts obtain jurisdiction. Furthermore, the order was fraudulently registered as a domestic violence order. The Colorado order, that I requested, cannot be modified except by the original court. LA Superior Court told me it can't be registered as a domestic violence order and Cohen and I weren't in a dating or intimate relationship. He simply perjured himself and admitted to that on the stand.
No doubt Kelley Lynch was constantly spewing forth her plaintiff nonsense, like many other convicted criminals do when in the presence of senior jail staff.
I didn't spew nonsense with the command staff. I worked with them and thought they were professional men and women. Gianelli is a moron.
No doubt Lieutenant Wolak replied “sure Kelley” or “I believe you” or “no” in response to Kelley’s utterance “have you ever seen anything like this?”.Actually, Lt. Wolak pulled me to the side and raised the issue with me and not the other way around. What does Gianelli mean "no doubt." Didn't Lt. Wolak tell Gianelli precisely what he told me when he pulled me aside and spoke to me about this for quite a long time.Is Lieutenant Jason Wolak in a position to know whether or not Leonard Cohen owes Kelley Lynch “millions” despite Cohen’s $7.9M embezzlement judgment against HER? NO.Is Gianelli in a position to know? I have the evidence and witnesses. I have embezzled nothing. Cohen stole from me, owes me millions (Boies Schiller reviewed all evidence), and the expense ledger is inconceivably fraudulent.
Did a uniformed senior Sherriff’s officer, in charge of inmate education, perform an independent investigation of this issue or of whether Kelley Lynch was wrongfully convicted?
I didn't say Lt. Wolak performed an independent investigation. Those are not my words. Those are Gianelloi's. I never said Lt. Wolak performed an independent investigation of this issue of whether I was wrongfully convicted but that's an interesting theory because I was. And, my PD thought there was a prosecution plant on the jury. He said that - not I.
NOT POSSIBLE, sorry Kelley. (We checked.) Lieutenant Jason Wolak, direct line: (213) 473-29XX.Perhaps Lt. Wolak used the word researched. He pulled me aside after a meeting the EBI teachers had with him, Lt. Allende, and Director Choate who is the Director of the EBI program. Lt. Wolak told me he has never seen anything like my case in 26 years in law enforcement. He advised me that he went on a Police Chief blog and noted the IRS was commenting on my case. Something like that. He absolutely said he believed me when I said Cohen owes me millions. He told me he researched the case. In fact, Deputy Calandrino told me many members of the EBI Bureau downtown were looking into my matters online. If Lt. Wolak has something to say, he'll have to put it in writing to me. Gianelli lies and I doubt Lt. Wolak was working on a Sunday. During this conversation, we even discussed why I thought Phil Spector was innocent. Who cares if Gianelli has his phone number. Gianelli does attempt to infiltrate and sabotage matters. I thought Lt. Wolak was a straightforward man and can't imagine him lying. We also discussed the fact that I found Detective Lillenfeld (who worked on the Phil Spector case - crime scene investigator) utterly professional when I interviewed him for my book. And, Lt. Wolak did say that he couldn't believe I didn't receive probation.
Apparently Kelley Lynch thinks that other people are as stupid as she seems to be.Gianelli is lying about everything - including Steven Machat, Agent Tejeda/IRS and the subpoena he received, etc. and thinks I'm stupid. I didn't think Lt. Wolak was stupid. I thought he was terribly bright and straightforward. I absolutely didn't think he was a liar. I can't imagine why he would talk to Gianelli and lie. Lt. Wolak was entitled to his opinion, He doesn't work the IRS and won't be prosecuting Leonard Cohen for his criminal fraud. Trust me. Nothing about Cohen's tax fraud is negligence.
Pathetic attempt at lying, not even a “nice try, no cigar” on this one.I'm not lying. That's precisely what Lt. Wolak told me. I didn't say it was a formal LASD investigation however.March 24, 2013 at 8:45 PM
