P.S. I'll prepare a concise list of issues re. Leonard Cohen being obscene and vile. Here's an example. Also, Leonard Cohen's poem about 15 year old girls was very disturbing after he had me call my brother-in-law attorney about his having sex with his 15-year-old nanny. There are no statutes of limitations in Canada re. this activity - per my rather brilliant brother-in-law who also advised me that Cohen has residence and tax issues in Canada, no good news in the U.S., and dealt with the Ann Diamond/Freda Guttman assertion that Guttman's daughter was present when Cohen's daughter told her classmates at Concordia that her father molested her. This is another very serious piece of exculpatory evidence and the City Attorney seems to think it is acceptable to blame me for Cohen's conduct. It is not and I think there should be consequences for their lies in court and in their Respondent's Brief. How can you be immunized? Lying is not a part of a prosecutor's job. Obviously.

Or, perhaps, the former is only a particular case of the latter since it is the end of "porn" as an underground, secretly relished genre which books like Beautiful Losersthreaten. For it is to a place before or beyond the realm of the dirty book that we are taken by scenes like the terrible-lyrical one in which Cohen's two male lovers jerk each other off as they speed in an automobile toward what seems a wall of solid stone; or the terrible apocalyptic one, in which a heterosexual pair, exhausted of passion and drained of all their liquids after a bout with an erotic device called the "Danish Vibrator," rouse to find themselves confronted by Hitler naked beneath a military raincoat. Certainly, Cohen has found to render such scenes a language not gross and elegant by turns, but gross and elegant at once, a poetry of obscenity which makes condescension to him or his subjects impossible….

Agent Tejeda himself was concealed and I have no idea what Judge Robert Vanderet was thinking. I just learned about Cohen's IRS refund at the trial. He lied about me during that sidebar but I assume lying is just fine at LA Superior Court. Concealment obviously is also.The Phil Spector email Streeter's concealing is also exculpatory evidence. It impeaches Cohen's testimony about Phil Spector and a gun and actually totally undermines the Spector prosecution's use of Cohen's statements/testimony. We discussed Mick Brown and the fact that Mick Brown and my communications annoy Leonard Cohen but Streeter concealed that from the jurors.This is a mess. The City Attorney continues to lie in the Respondent's Brief. And, the appeal should have been abandoned due to prosecutorial misconduct and retaliation, concealment of exculpatory evidence, etc. Who are these people to force me to appeal? Perhaps they have ulterior motives. It's truly insane. Phil Spector cannot be heard on appeal but I have to appeal. My God. These people are INSANE.Talk to you soon.All the best,KelleyP.S. YES.
