Well, if the arguments are scheduled for April18th, I suppose we'll have to deal with that.  Can the City Attorney legally lie or are there consequences for lying throughout the trial and to the appellate division?  I cannot even imagine that it is constiutional to force me into an appeal.  

Yes, Leonard Cohen's lyric "Give me crack and anal sex" is quite well known.  It's from his song "The Future" and really puts into perspective what this man views as vile.

The exculpatory evidence - including the IRS binder addressed at the sidebar - is obviously a huge issue here.  It opens a can of worms because Cohen's declaration is in there and they have concealed the corporate books and records, etc.  Streeter handed it to my lawyers on April 9th and we immediately issued a subpoena to Agent Tejeda/IRS.  Agent Tejeda himself was concealed and I have no idea what Judge Robert Vanderet was thinking.  I just learned about Cohen's IRS refund at the trial.  He lied about me during that sidebar but I assume lying is just fine at LA Superior Court.  Concealment obviously is also.

The Phil Spector email Streeter's concealing is also exculpatory evidence.  It impeaches Cohen's testimony about Phil Spector and a gun and actually totally undermines the Spector prosecution's use of Cohen's statements/testimony.  We discussed Mick Brown and the fact that Mick Brown and my communications annoy Leonard Cohen but Streeter concealed that from the jurors.  

This is a mess.  The City Attorney continues to lie in the Respondent's Brief.  And, the appeal should have been abandoned due to prosecutorial misconduct and retaliation, concealment of exculpatory evidence, etc.  Who are these people to force me to appeal? Perhaps they have ulterior motives.  It's truly insane.  Phil Spector cannot be heard on appeal but I have to appeal.  My God.  These people are INSANE.
