More Questions For The IRS Re. Leonard Cohen's Legal Position That He Is The Alter Ego Who Engaged In Self-Dealing & The Legality Of LA Superior Court Allowing A Declaration As A Substitute For Corporate Books & Records

To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

The Traditional Holdings deal called for the delivery of two live albums.  I believe Field Commander Cohen was one of the live albums under the deal.  A second would have been due.  Leonard Cohen went into court and obtained a fraudulent default judgment against me - based on perjury.  You cannot simply substitute a declaration for corporate books and records.  I have no idea why LA Superior Court would permit that and it is highly suspect.  Normally, you have to go into court and prove alter ego.

I might point out that corporate documents guided how things should be handled legally and Los Angeles Superior Court has no jusridiction over Traditional Holdings (a Kentucky entity with no ties to California, at all).  And that's before you look at the legal issues re. a non-party to a lawsuit being included in a default.  In any event, my question to the IRS right now is this - to whom did Sony pay the balance due on any live album?  Sony was a party to this contract.  They understood (and I have documents in the Bay Area proving this) that I was a beneficial owner of Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc. and Traditional Holdings, LLC.  They began their due diligence with Blue Mist and were clear - Cohen owned 85% and I owned 15% - that includes the IP assets.  Where would the payments have gone?  Did Leonard Cohen personally assure Sony that he should receive payments due Traditional Holdings?  He delivered a live album in 2009.  This raises mind-boggling legal issues.  Is Sony in breach with Traditional Holdings? Robert Kory asked my lawyers if I would try to overturn the TH deal.  What happened after that?  Cohen decided to overturn it?  I think the IRS should also investigate everything that has gone on between Leonard Cohen and Sony with respect to TH.  In any event, if they did pay Cohen personally it really helps to drive home the alter ego/self-dealing aspect of Cohen's tax fraud.

What gives everyone the right to willfully disregard corporate books, records, stock certificates, etc?

All the best,
Kelley
