In a way I do feel sorry for Kelley Lynch. I feel sorry for her because she cannot see how ill she is and cannot (will not) ask for help.

I am not ill and these stark raving lunatics with motive have no idea who I am.  Having said that, Leonard Cohen has a long and publicly documented history of illegal and legal drug abuse, alcoholism, psychiatric ailments, and other very serious issues - not least of which is his excessive perjury and fraud before LA Superior Court, concealment of corporate books and records, tax fraud which appears to be criminal, etc.  That might explain the reasons why he targeted me and members of my family relentlessly and has been reduced to slandering me.  The man is absolutely unconscionable and his greed is inconceivable.  Unfortunately, his awe inspired journalist groupies - like Brian Johnson/MacLean's - are all too eager to indulge his self-inflicted revenge fantasies and regurgitate his mindlessly delusional carefully crafted comments.  This man testified that he was not afraid when Phil Spector allegedly held a gun to his head but feared my emails requesting, among other things, an IRS required Form 1099 for the year 2004 which he still refuses to provide me.  

 I feel sorry for her because she has to rely on bartenders, taxi drivers and prison guards to agree with her that Leonard Cohen "owes her millions" and that Mr. Gianelli is a "dangerous unstable" person, who relentlessly target her and her family",

Actually, I have no idea what bartender this anonymous slanderer is referring  and neither do they because they don't know me and this is simply an ongoing ad hominem attack on my character for obvious reasons - to discredit me.  Leonard Cohen owes me millions.  I have the evidence.  It is not oral.  He has withheld commissions I am due for work I have done which is an outrage.  He has a pattern of this - see Steven and Marty Machat.  And he has aligned himself with Stephen Gianelli who has relentlessly targeted me, members of my families, and others, since hearing from Cohen's lawyer - in 2009.  

 instead of taking the advise of attorneys and other professionals who knows the REAL story.

I have taken the advice of attorneys.  One of those is Steven Machat who advised me to sue Cohen for theft.  I have taken the advice of the IRS and filed fraud form 3949a re. Cohen's fraudulent refund (based on false accusations and the concealment of corporate books and records and an utterly outlandish fraudulent expense ledger) and the illegal K-1s Cohen transmitted to the IRS.  I am not a partner on LC Investments, LLC and Cohen confirmed that in his declaration before LA Superior Court. 

 I feel sorry for her for losing the credibility and respect of her children, former friends and the world, but most of all I feel sorry for her, that nobody, not her parents, her siblings, her "friends" her legal-financial and spiritual advisors, didn't care enough to get her help, 

My dangerously unstable stalkers and cyber-terrorists have no idea what my relationship is with anyone.  They do not know me and simply lie about me in order to discredit me which is why Anonymous is raising credibility issues here.  My family and friends understand that I do not need help although I do now have legal assistance.

I stole nothing from Leonard Cohen but one must wonder what he is trying to accomplish through perjury and fraud.  Willfully concealing corporate books and records is outrageous.  He simply lied to LA Superior Court.  Fraudulently stated that he is the sole beneficial of two entities.  Concealed the fact that there were no overpayments for my personal management commissions.  Has taken the position that he is the alter ego who engaged in self-dealing with respect to corporate entities.  Used them as his personal piggy bank.  Retaliated against me for reporting his tax fraud and using me horrendously.  And is engaged in self-inflicted revenge fantasies which now ludicrously includes his position that we were in a dating relationship.  Talk about a man that needs help.  As a psychiatric nurse and friend of mine noted - his drug abuse appears to have taken a toll and he seems to have borderline personality disorder and other problems.  

Yes, I am a "Cohen fan", and because of my "love" and admiration of Cohen

How surprising.  A Leonard Cohen fan and operative continues to trash and slander me.  This is Leonard Cohen functions behind the scenes.  

I read reviews of his concerts, which lead me to comments by this "Kelley Lynch", vile, obscene, hateful, slanderous comments, that had nothing to do with Cohen's hugely succesful concerts. 

Actually, Leonard Cohen is vile and obscene and his fans don't know him.  I do and knew him for approximately 20 years.  This man would take bubble baths in front of me and force me to read legal and business documents to him while he bathed.  That is sexual harassment.  He looked at people defecating on one another in front of me.  The man is obscene and I could care less about his successful concerts.  The man owes me millions; bankrupted me, forced me into homelessness, and retaliated against me and is concerned about reputation and successful concerts.  I know who Leonard Cohen is and I know what his priorities are in life.  

I did feel very sorry for Leonard Cohen for these outrageous accusations and slander, but not anymore. Leonard Cohen doen't need anybody to feel sorry for him, he does not feel sorry for himself.

I am telling the truth.  Leonard Cohen is the individual who has engaged in outrageous accusations and slander.  Cohen doesn't feel sorry for himself?  His Victim Impact Statement, lying about the IRS and me, was and remains absolutely pathetic.  

 He could have slipped back into depression and drowned himself in self pity and booze and hurled his anger, dissapointment and bitterness at Ms. Lynch

I guess he could have reverted back to his use of prescription meth that he discussed with Sylvie Simmons but feels was my attempt to assail his reputation.  I have no idea if Cohen has drowned himself in booze and pity and could care less.  His anger.  I saw him on the witness stand.  He's an angry old man who confessed to perjury, lied, concealed evidence, and targeted me.

I suppose I should now believe that Leonard Cohen's fraudulent and retaliatory lawsuit was actually a love story.  Leonard Cohen is pure negativity.  As Steven Machat said - he and his lawyer are evil liars.  

 instead he created more beautiful music, enjoyed his children and grandchildren and performed at more than 500 concerts around the world. Not only has he gained more succes, admiration and respect and money, than ever before, he has also proved to the world that he has not committed any crimes. Mr. Cohen is in NO way obsessed by Lynch, he knows the harm she has done to him, but he has chosen to forget it and go on with his life, just doesn't want to have Lynch interfere in his life.

If Leonard Cohen's not obsessed with me why does he think we were in a dating relationship when we were not?  Leonard Cohen thinks I harmed him?  Leonard Cohen cannot stop lying.  See his various good rock and roll stories about Phil Spector before LA Superior Court.  That would include the one the prosecutor continues to conceal that impeaches his testimony on the stand in my so-called intent to annoy Leonard COhen trial.  Leonard Cohen chose to forget?  I see this individual doesn't really know Leonard Cohen.  Leonard Cohen feels revenge over the slightest insult.  

I also do not feel sorry for Mr. Gianelli, he is a succesful attorney with a spotless reputation. 

Who would hire Stephen Gianelli?  He doesn't understand due process.  He doesn't understand that you cannot conceal corporate books and records.  He doesn't understand perjury.  He doesn't understand why it's illegal to transfer fraudulent allegations and forms to the IRS.  

He ran a Blog about "Unusual law stories" among them about Phil Spector. 

Stephen Gianelli and Michelle Blaine - a woman who stole approximately $900,000 from Phil Spector - targeted my blogs and emails ... including kelleylynchandphilspector.blogspot.com.  They then publicly congratulated one another.  

His private space was invaded by a crazy and mean spirited person, who didn't give a damn about Phil Spector, 

Yes, posting about Phil Spector's innocence means I don't give a damn about Phil Spector.  What insanely rotten logic.

Telling the truth about Leonard Cohen means I'm angry?  Why?  Are misogynists weighing in?  Is this why Leonard Cohen has lied and said we had a dating/intimate relationship?  So delusional fans and awe inspired journalists think this is a disgruntled lover story?  Well, we weren't in that type of relationshp and Leonard Cohen was clear about that at the March 23rd hearing. 

REDACTED.  Not interested in the balance of this psychotic rant.  Prosecutorial misconduct and retaliation has been addressed with the appellate division and my attorney has advised me that prosecutor Streeter engaged in criminal obstruction of justice.  He also believes my trial was nothing other than and IRS case that demands an IRS investigation.  And, he's clear about the Phil Spector implications and the DA's creepy investigator who was hanging out in the court and lunching with Cohen.  That's why people are now talking about Fleur de Lis and LA Confidential.
