Joel,
For the record, I still do not have my complete file from the Public Defender's office. Please review Stephen Gianelli's post below. One of my trial lawyers - it may be Mike Kelly - spoke to Gianelli and he has repeatedly posted about this. I have discussed this with you. I have asked that Mike Kelly withdraw as my lawyer and do not have a copy of that withdrawal. What is the status? This man breached attorney/cloient privilege and I did not waive that privilege. Why would he call Stephen Gianelli? Advise him to cease and desist.
My appellate attorney, who is copied in on this email, has been deprived the opportunity to review my complete file witih me - including the 17 CDs that are on the PD inventory form I have. I have addressed the other records I am missing.
