Would you take a look at this insane posting of Gianelli's. This man is dangerously unstable and, of course, you represent me. The situation with a public defender of mine speaking to Gianelli is a legal outrage. The appeal has not been abandoned. Gianelli is aware of that. The appellate division refused to dismiss it and there are still oral arguments. I would like to speak with you privately about Gianelli's ongoing declarations that my trial lawyer breached attorney/client privilege. I am permitted to speak publicly about my matter. My lawyer is NOT permitted to call Stephen Gianelli. As you know, I have no mental illness issues. Gianelli is engaged in an outrageous ad hominen attack, obsessed with me, and - as we discussed, has engaged in what I view as egregious criminal witness tampering, witness intimidation, harassment, stalking, etc. One of my trial lawyers thought it might be a good idea- at trial - to raise issues relating to Cohen and Gianelli. We discussed the NAMBLA email. As I've said, that relates to Gianelli and any adult stranger (including this dangerously unstable lunatic who has relentlessly targeted my family) who attempts to lure my then minor son into communicating with him will be viewed as a potential sexual predator.
David Moorhead was not a court appointed attorney and he absolutely felt the DA had the power and motive to take me to King Drew and question me about Phil Spector. He also felt that Robert Kory, Cohen's lawyer, contacted Boulder PD which was and remains an outrageous situation.
I recently spoke to Steven Machat about this trial and the prosecutor raising Machat & Machat's 15% ownership interest in Stranger Music. I think when Leonard Cohen conceals ownership interest in a corporation he sold to Sony, it's a very serious and legitimate legal issues. In any event, I believe Steven Machat had a scheduling conflict but why didn't my lawyers file a stay or continuance? That's the actual question here. Steven has repeatedly advised me that he will take the witness stand for me. I've copied him in on this email because I cannot believe the liars involved in this matter. Cohen uses operatives. Gianelli and his handful of pals have relentlessly targeted me, slandered me, and have motive. Make no mistake about that. Who would go to such lengths to target a stranger?

Bald faced lies, as usual. Francisco Suarez represents me and the appellate division refused to abandon the appeal. There are still oral arguments and the prosecutorial misconduct, etc. will be addressed. Francisco Suarez is very clear on the issues we are dealing with. That includes the fact that the Public Defender's Office refuses to give me my complete file, including the 17 CDs that are on the inventory list I have in my possession. He is aware that the City Attorney continues to conceal exculpatory evidence - including the email prosecutor Streeter received from Leonard Cohen at the beginning of the trial with a version of his highly embellished gun story about Phil Spector that impeaches his deranged testimony about Phil Spector and a gun story and completely undermines the version the prosecutors used against Phil Spector. If you can't obtain copies of the Grand Jury statements that Mick Brown/UK Telegraph reviewed, see LA Superior Court for the Motion in Limine re. prior bad acts and yet another version of Leonard Cohen's highly embellished Phil Spector gun story. The appeal was not abandoned and is not over. I know precisely how Francisco Suarez feels about Stephen Gianelli.
Francisco Suarez advised me that the prosecutorial misconduct, which is excessive and egregious - as the appellate division has been advised, is classic.
Of course you are STILL emailing your court appointed lawyer in your trespassing case in Boulder - and that case ended in 2007.
My matter in Boulder was NOT a trespassing case. I was having dinner at a restaurant. While I prevailed on the charge I was arrested for (obstructing a police officer who I had the restaurant call because I was convinced a man had his penis out in front of a child), the Sheriff's Department was unable to serve my subpoena on the owner of Juanita's. The manager lied and said the owner no longer worked there.
I told your FORMER public defender about that and we both had a good laugh.
Well, Joel Lofton/Public Defender's Office didn't have a laugh when he heard that one of my trial lawyers (possibly Mike Kelly) spoke to Gianelli about my witnesses and what they could or could not corroborate. He was shocked.
Every lawyer who is REQUIRED to put up with you humors you - because that is what people do with the mentally ill. The rest ignore or block your emails.
No one's humoring me and that includes Francisco Suarez who views the prosecutor's attempt to retaliate against me by lying to LAPD's Threat Management unit as criminal obstruction of justice. He is very clear - my intent ot annoy Stalinesque Show Trial was really a tax fraud case involving Leonard Cohen that demands an investigation by the IRS. He is also clear about the DA, Phil Spector, and that angle of my so-called trial. Amazing that Judge Vanderet permitted all of this insanely irrelevant material to be entered against me. But, this is LA Confidential and LA Superior Court resembles the Dark Shadows soap opera.

We've gone through what actually occurred at length and I have provided him with an abundance of evidence. Machat's book - addressing Cohen's outrageous conduct and unlawful activity - will be published in North America in July. Mine will follow.
