See Ann Diamond’s email below. Ann Diamond is a former girlfriend of Leonard Cohen’s. He falsely accused her of stalking him. Same situation. Her reputation was assailed; his operatives targeted her; etc. Ann Diamond never stalked Leonard Cohen during the entire time I knew her. She came to LA to study with her teacher, Joshu Sasaki Roshi, who was also Cohen’s teacher. The man knows how to lie offensively when his reputation is at stake or he is being accused of extremely serious conduct. Leonard Cohen was concerned that this story would end up on the front page of the Montreal Gazette. Lorca Cohen apparently advised her classmate(s) that her father molested her. One of those classmates was Freda Guttman’s daugher. Guttman is an old girlfriend of Cohen’s who lives in Montreal and a feminist. She repeated this story to Ann Diamond who then published it on her blog. That is when Cohen had me contact my brother-in-law, an attorney in Canada, in an attempt to have Ann Diamond remove these comments. Leonard Cohen and the prosecutor have falsely accused me over this situation. The NAMBLA email - that doesn’t mention Leonard Cohen (a pattern of Streeter’s re. these emails, etc.) - relates to Stephen Gianelli who relentlessly targeted my family - including both of my sons. My younger son was a minor at the time. I repeatedly contacted LAPD with respect to this ongoing criminal harassment, etc. I have been very clear with the IRS and FBI about my views with respect to Gianelli - he engages in what absolutely appears to be criminal witness tampering, criminal witness intimidation, etc. I view any adult male stranger who attempts to lure my minor son into privately communicating with him as a potential sexual predator and possible NAMBLA member. Cohen is clear that this email relates to a lawyer. I have not said that Gianelli molested my son. That is a lie. Gianelli has also lied about this - and many other things - on his outrageous Blog that appears dedicated to me and Phil Spector. He also posts documents related to me and Phil Spector on the internet. He is aligned with Cohen; has relentlessly targeted me since 2009; and Investigator Frayeh/DA’s office viewed him as a “shady” character who may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. Why was Streeter eliciting testimony about this email, Francisco? Leonard Cohen doesn’t have minor children. Read how he testifies. I have never said anything about Cohen and NAMBLA. He has read every single one of my alleged emails. Poured over them. He knows this. I also never accused Cohen of molesting his “children.” Streeter simply misstates facts, misleads jurors, leads Cohen in his testimony, and lies.

Streeter: Did Ms. Lynch in any of her emails accuse you of molesting your children?
Cohen: Yes, she did.

Cohen: I think it’s an organization of male and that affirms or encourages re -- sexual relations between men and children.
Streeter; Did she ever mention that in any of the emails that she sent you, Mr. Cohen?

I deleted all posts on my FB wall re: this matter. It's not the place to talk about Cohen, Lorca, et al. I don't know what Walsh has going with Cohen but posting these comments as Phil Spector is definitely not the way to go either.
NOTE: Leonard Cohen’s fan, Susanne Walsh, targeted a Phil Spector Facebook page. Trust me, it was officially sanctioned by Phil Spector. Susanne Walsh is aligned with Gianelli, has relentlessly slandered me, and also targeted family members of mine, etc. This is how Cohen operates. Ann Diamond gave me permission to post documents/emails online and also to provide her emails to the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and Phil Spector’s attorneys. re: what Freda told me. I met her in the street one day in 1995 (I think) and she asked me if I thought the story Lorca had told her daughter, re; Cohen molesting her from age 4, could be true. I thought about it and said "Yes, it could." This was the first time I had my 15-year-old vague suspicion confirmed by anyone. After that I went home and went to bed for about 24 hours, after which I decided to move off the block. At the time it suddenly seemed to be that my whole history of living on Saint Dominique (from 1983 on) including threats, attacks, and other bizarre incidents, revolved around this secret.
Freda apparently later denied that she had said this, or she said I did not get her story straight, etc -- I think I heard this from Van Pennick, but didn't know whether to believe it.
