Mr. Riordan,

I've updated my Blog addressing the latest round of insanity re. Gianelli's outrageous ad hominem attack on me, lies about Agent Tejeda/IRS and the subpoena he was issued, lies about witnesses the trial lawyers spoke to (including Steven Machat), the outrageous breach of attorney/client privilege on the part of one of my trial lawyers, and other insanity.  I never said Gianelli was in a coordinated effort with Harriet Ryan/LA Times and prosecutor Alan Jackson that is adverse to Phil Spector but it's a theory worth giving serious consideration to.  I addressed the fact that Gianelli - who raises reasonable doubt theories on the internet about Phil Spector (that can then be refuted and attacked by cyber-terrorists) was right on time with his post on Harriet Ryan's shameless LA Times article about the David Mamet/HBO Phil Spector biopic.  My trial lawyers thought Phil Spector was irrelevant to the Leonard Cohen intent to annoy Stalinesque Show Trial?  Where's the motion to suppress or exclude testimony or evidence with respect to Phil Spector.  Why was Leonard Cohen testifying about Phil Spector and one of his highly embellished gun stories about Phil Spector?  Oh right - the DA's investigator was hanging out in the courtroom and lunching with Cohen.  I have no idea why Gianelli is lying about Steven Machat who can absolutely corroborate the fact that Cohen steals from his personal managers and lawyers, withholds commissions, uses corporations to evade paying taxes, the fact that I was Cohen's personal manager, etc

Steven knows he spoke to my public defender and offered to testify for me but had a conflict.  I just spoke to him about it and what prosecutor Streeter thinks is irrelevant - including the theft of Machat & Machat's share of Stranger Music, Inc. and Cohen's concealment from me of their ownership interest.  I found the evidence after Cohen and I parted ways.  I sent that evidence to Boies Schiller and Steven Machat.  My PD told me Norman Posel/formerly of Boies Schiller gave him the name of someone to contact at Boies Schiller during my trial.  I wonder what happened?  They understood this and advised me of this - Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory are attempting to engage you in criminal conduct; go wired to your meetings with them.

From my comment to the LAT review of the Spector HBO movie [StephenG2010 at 6:19 AM March 22, 2013] – which criticized the reporter you don’t like (Harriet Ryan) and stated that Phil Spector did NOT receive a fair trial – you infer that I am involved in a “coordinated effort” with Harriet Ryan and prosecutor Alan Jackson that is adverse to Phil Spector?
