When I write you, do you think I'm having a discourse with Stephen Gianelli. This man is a stark raving lunatic. He actually called my elderly parents in Dallas. He refused to cease and desist after my sister's Dallas attorney advised him to. He is unstoppable. The man is totally out of control.
What is the issue here? If I hear information that pertains to a murder, the Aryan Nation, the Cartel, meth labs, and meth cooks, am I supposed to keep that a secret? Two young men were concerned this man would murder them. I contacted the Department of Justice with my young acquaintance copied in.
The expense ledger, as I've said, is fraudulent. I wasn't served Cohen's lawsuit. The proof of service re. the complaint is perjured. I had no female co-occupant named Jane Doe witih one or two black eyes. I wasn't served or notified of the default. Therefore, it's a void judgment. Beyond that, it's evidence of theft. My ownership interest in all of Cohen's intellectual property - dating back to 1967 - is all in writing. The corporate books and records are willfully disregarded and were concealed from the court but that seems to be a pattern with LA Superior Court from what I can tell. The figures bantied around are always in flux, ever changing, and I owe the IRS nothing. Gianelli decided to retaliate and filed a fraudulent form with the IRS about me. Last I heard, that's criminal activity. He's acknowledged his motive online. He's as arrogant as the day is long. He's aligned with Leonard Cohen; heard from Michelle Rice in 2009 (and she's a lunatic who wrote and lied to me, copying in the IRS and FBI), and has relentlessly targeted me since. Did he find a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor about me? I would assume so. Investigator Frayeh seemed to know what he was talking about and he was an investigator on Phil Spector's matter. Why did Gianelli call him? To see if Investigator Frayeh actually thinks Pat Dixon (a possible friend of Pellicano's according to a friend in a news media gathering agency who has reviewed Gianelli's Blog and thinks these people are sick and insane) is good looking?
I filed an appeal re. the City Attorney's IRS sabotage case that involves Leonard Cohen's various versions of the Phil Spector gun stories. Fortunately, it doesn't involve his insane comments about going to Israel to join the military during the Yom Kippur War. I just spoke to a woman who ran into him at a temple in LA and that's exactly what he mentioned to her. Who can join the mlitary without training? The man embellishes stories and he lies. In any event, after my appeal was filed Sandra Jo Streeter decided to llie to LAPD's Threat Management Unit about me. My lawyer believes that is criminal obstruction of justice, retaliation, and understands - my trial was an IRS case that demands an investigation. That's before we get into the DA and Phil Spector and some sleazy investigator hanging out in the courtroom and lunching with Cohen. We are attempting to abandon the appeal due prosecutorial misconduct, retaliation, concealment of evidence, etc. Who wants to be involved with these lunatics who cannot stop lying?
For the record, I wrote the Dallas FBI (copied in other agencies and Dennis Riordan) and am not having a discourse with my dangerously unstable stalker who is engaged in a slanderous ad hominem attack on me in an attempt to discredit me. Fortunately, people view him as a psychopath and sick and vile man.

NOTE: This outrageous amount is constantly in flux. I've seen $5 million, $7 million, $9 million, $11 million, and the same is true with respect to the fraudulent default judgment that is evidence of THEFT on the part of Leonard Cohen who has willfully disregarded all corporate governance, concealed all evidence from LA Superior Court, and appears to believe he is entitled to steal from his personal managers. I've been clear - my taxes are paid in full. What I'm not clear about is why Leonard Cohen thinks I should make huge charitable donations to the IRS with respect to a corporation he LIED to the court about - he is not the sole beneficial owner of Traditional Holdings and this wasn't held in trust for this man. Blue Mist Touring Company wasn't held in trust for Leonard Cohen but he has concealed all corporate books and records.
No wonder she is incapable of doing anything at this point to initiate or cogently defend against legal proceedings. She is incapable of simple discourse.
I don't engage in any type of discourse with people I view as criminals with serious motive and a mind that is actually nothing other than MENS REA. This man is so insane - he actually views my email to the Dallas FBI (re. their investigation into very serious matters that prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter and Leonard Cohen attributed to an implied threat against Cohen which is DERANGED) as a discourse with him? My God. This man is so dangerously unstable. I wonder if he called Bruce Cutler up and proposed yet? He seems to be in love witih Phil Spector's disgraceful former lawyer. He likes to ask men like Investigator Frayeh (who viewed him as a SHADY CHARACTER) if Pat Dixon's good looking. He or Dixon think Eminem wants to dry hump Dixon because I quoted the lyric to Eminem's Puke and that caused Dixon to fear for his life. And, he relentlessly tried to lure my then minor son into communciating with him. This man has serious psychological problems. His pal on his blog is Cohen fan, Susanne Walsh, and some lunatic by the name of Kelly Green who reminds me of Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson. Green was also on the Darwin Exception, a social media tool used to trash Phil Spector and glorified Alan Jackson. I see right through these people. It's called LA Confidential with some satellite clowns with motive. In other words, I am dealing with LA Confidential Meets The Insane Clown Posse.
