Hello Mr. Riordan,

If I think someone's a faggot, what's the issue?  I'm not entitled to my opinion?  I am most certainly not referring to homosexuals who  have gone to great lengths to help me since my so-called release from LA Confidential.  But let's get to the point of my stark raving lunatic stalker's post.  It's about LA Confidential and some satellite clowns with motive.  Alan Jackson never responded to my letter.  I see that Alan Jackson could care less about Leonard Cohen's three versions of the highly embellished Leonard Cohen gun stories before LA Superior Court.  Well, actually, Streeter and Schmitter now continue to conceal the email Streeter recevied from Cohen on April 5, 2012 addressing a version of his gun story that impeaches his testimony at my trial about Phil Spector and a gun and completely undermines the Spector prosecutor version used - according to Mick Brown - in the Grand Jury (statements) and in motions available online, including at LA Superior Court.

I worked with Captain Bornman/LASD for six months.  He knows how to contact me.  I was clear with him - I view Gianelli as dangerously unstable and he is an individual who I believe engaged in outrageous and egregious criminal witness tampering, criminal witness intimidation, and other tactics, with respect to me, my family - including my chidlren and elderly parents, and many other people in my life.  Doug Davis/FTB has never told me not to copy him in but he might wonder why Streeter advised the jurors that no one knows the difference between the IRS and FTB and was so focused on tax matters relating to Leonard Cohen.  In any event, why was Gianelli contacting my Taxpayer Advocate?  Right - he attempts to sabotage and infiltrate matters and continues to defend Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, Sandra Jo Streeter, and Leonard Cohen.  I think his motive is obvious but Investigator Frayeh's comment that Gianelli may have found a sympathetic ear with prosecutor Alan Jackson about me demands an investigation by Phil Spector's legal team.  Well, the judge thought I could contact my government and I think I've raised many serious issues with Cooley and Jackson - including the cirminal negligence in my son's Whole Foods matter.  They simply do not care that a young man had his fingers ripped off due to criminal negligence.  Instead, they had an investigator hanging out and lunching with Cohen throughout my trial which was and remains obscene.  And then, they lied to the court that I contacted them in 2007 when, in fact, Brian Bennett rolled by about my friendship with Phil Spector in 2005 and I filed a complaint with their Major Fraud Unit re. Cohen's theft and fraud in 2006.  I was told, in 2007, by Investigator John Thompson that I was probably a witness in the Phil Spector matter and it goes on and on.  There's nothing kookie about what I have documented for the highly relevant IRS Commissioner's Staff (regardless of what the liars at the City Attorney's office try to spin with the appellate division) since reporting Cohen's tax fraud in 2005.

I think Phil Spector's legal team should investigate why the DA"s office elected not to prosecute Leonard Cohen.  So did Streeter - she knows.  He perjured himself.  He confessed to doing so.

My taxpayer advocate, Doug Davis/FTB, has never advised me not to contact him.  He, however, does know how to privately email me and here is an example of an email that interested Doug Davis who I spoke to about Cohen's tax fraud and the fact that he was withholding IRS required form 1099 for the year 2004 from me. I wonder why Cohen wrote me, violating the restraining order, about my son Rutger.  Clearly, when I speak about taxes, Leonard Cohen targets my children and family members.

Additionally, all of these emails were cc'd to prosecutor Alan Jackson - who asked her to stop emailing him in 2009 - and Steve Cooley.

Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson have not responded to my letter from 2009 either; elected not to prosecute Leonard Cohen; had an investigator hanging out and lunching with Leonard Cohen during my intent to annoy Stalinesque Show Trial; etc.

Who is interested in my communications with my taxpayer advocate, Doug Davis, who most certainly never advised me not to email him.  Maybe Doug Davis actually didn't want to hear from Stephen Gianelli.  Anything's possible.  Gianelli doesn't know what I have discussed with Doug Davis since he posted his insanity about my taxpayer advocate.

Anyone who still cares will note that Kelley Lynch is STILL copying in Doug Davis of the Franchise Tax Board in on her daily spam emails.

This is classic Kelley Lynch, because Doug Davis emailed me in November of 2012 after I “replied to all” on one of her emails (70 during that 24 hour period alone) to tell me that he had the IT department at the FTB block Kelley Lynch’s emails.

I then forwarded Davis’ email (stating that KL had been blocked six months ago) to Kelley herself.

Kelley Lynch then sent a series of angry and abusive emails to Doug Davis cc the world, captioned “CEASE AND DESIST FAGGOT” (capitalization original) including the following email:

“Doug,

Let me be clear. You are NOT welcome. This is now unconscionable

governmental conduct and I will speak to my attorneys about this. A

favor. OH MI GOD. Back away from my life, loser.”

And this gem:

“Doug,

Do NOT lie about me. These faggots are out of control. I am advising

you to cease and desist, Doug.”

And this email message:

“Hi Mick,

“I´ve asked this faggot to cease and desist. He now appears to be

dating DOUG. I just called Captain Bornman. Let me reiterate this,

is turning them into CRIMINALS and CLOWNS. […] The system works beautifully for

the criminal. That includes Steve Cooley. Do you think that FAGGOT

targeted me inadvertently Mick? That´s right. I´m callling Cooley a

The fact that, FIVE MONTHS LATER, Kelley Lynch still continues to copy in Doug Davis with her daily spam emails - after reading Davis's own email advising he had blocked her months ago, and calling Davis of the FTB a "faggot" and a "loser" goes to show you how oblivious Kelley really is regarding how offensive and UNWANTED her emails are regarded by her spam victims, government officials included.
