Mr. Riordan,

Do you find it utterly sinister that Streeter would simply say that Alan Jackson was included in an email?  Throughout the trial, she would ask Cohen if Alan Jackson was mentioned and at times, he would testify that he was not.  I want to review the attorney notes.

Francisco,

I will finish my notes this morning.  I am reviewing my attorney notes from the trial.  Let me give you one example of what Streeter would do. There is a 12/17/11 email.  This is the one that Cohen distorted regarding His Holiness Kusum Lingpa's quote that he is an "asshole who is going to hell."  There is no mention of Alan Jackson but, according to these notes, the Deputy City Attorney says there is.  This is very bizarre because Alan Jackson had nothing to do with my trial.  The attorney notes say that Streeter was just trying to sling mud, which I agree, but this also relates to Phil Spector.  Streeter simply lies.

All the best,
Kelley

Answer: With the coyote, you usually see skid marks.
