Stephen Gianelli's up to his old tricks. He is now publicly lying that I didn't work with you'/EBI Bureau for approximately six months while at Lynwood. This man is dangerously unstable and his obsession with me remains outrageous and unconscionable. He has now filed a fraud form with the IRS falsely accusing me of tax evasion. Of course, he's aligned with Leonard Cohen whose tax fraud is egregious; my appeal has people worked up because I raised the prosecutorial misconduct; and the prosecutor has elected to retaliate against me and lied to LAPD - after the appeal was filed. My lawyer was clear with me - he views it as criminal obstruction of justice. Yes, you're uniformed personnel and I worked with the EBI Bureau so why is this man lying about me publicly?
I don't know if I'm your peer. I'm not in law enforcement so that is not at issue. You never advised me to stop emailing you. Everyone in reality views this man as a psychopath and sick and vile individual. Investigator Frayeh/DA's office advised me that he views this man as a "shady character" who may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. Phil Spector's in the air. The HBO film with Pacino/Mirren has stirred things up and many people view him as innocent. Leonard Cohen now has three versions of his highly embellished Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court although, as of this moment in time, prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter continues to conceal the email she received during the trial that impeaches Cohen's testimony on the stand about Phil Spector and a gun as well as the Spector prosecutors version. Not sure why Streeter couldn't confirm what Mick Brown/UK Telegraph was able to confirm - Cohen's statements were presented to the Grand Jury. It's easy to confirm online (LA Superior Court and elsewhere) that a version of Cohen's gun story about Phil Spector was used in prosecution motions. Unfortunately, that version involves a semi-automatic to the chest while Cohen testified at my intent to annoy Stalinesque Show Trial that Phil Spector held an automatic to his head. The version he emailed Streeter about involves a gun to the neck.
I can assure you that Gianelli doesn't speak for Dennis Riordan. He's not writing me to advise me what Doug Davis/FTB thinks. Doug Davis knows how to contact me. He's phoned and emailed me and seemed bright.
Bruce Cutler is a disgrace. Period. I was clear with Phil Spector about my views on this man. Gianelli can have him, Leonard Cohen, Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, Sandra Jo Streeter, and the rest of LA Confidential for all I care.
You never advised me to stop emailing you but I've been clear with you - this man's criminal harassment is outrageous and that includes with respect to both of my children including my then minor son who resides in Los Angeles. Gianelli doesn't like the fact that I've pointed out what I believe is criminal witness tampering, witness intimidation, harassment, etc. on his part to the IRS and FBI. Everyone in reality notices it so why wouldn't the IRS and FBI?

You were an inmate at the Los Angeles County Jail, Linwood Facility during your pretrial detention and wile serving your jail sentence following your CRIMINAL CONVICTION, Ms. Lynch.
Lt. Borman was uniformed jail personeel, law enforcement.
If you think that your jailer being polite and professional to you while you were incarcerated in his jail means you were co-equals, peers, co-workers or friends, or that he would want to maintain a "relationship" with you via email following your early release from jail -- let's just say you were WRONG, which is why Borman BLOCKED your emails and so informed me that he had done so "months ago".
Get a clue.
No one wants to receive multiple emails from you - not even your own kids - let alone your spam victims Riordan, Davis, Cutler, Pavalic, Sopko, Streeter, Jackson, Cooley or the many others you harass daily.NOTE: Cutler, Pavelic, Streeter, Jackson, and Cooley aren't copied in on my emails. I wonder what harasses them? Perhaps freedom of speech. She has to be the most clueless person I have ever encountered on this earth.
That includes a criminal defendant I represented who had a measured IQ of 60 - but even he had done wrong and who his friends were.
I don't know about Gianelli's IQ but I am not convinced he has a brain and cannot imagine who would hire him to represent them legally.March 21, 2013 at 2:33 PM
