Francisco, 

I've shared the prosecutorial misconduct document with you.  It's also enclosed below.  I absolutely believe the appellate division should abandon this appeal.  Who are they to froce me to deal with ongoing prosecutorial misconduct, retaliation, and lies?  They elected to deal with these lunatics.  I did not.  

Do we have to file a response to the City Attorney's brief?  If so, I would like to address the lies in there as well.  Let me know and thank you.
