To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,
Let me clarify and confirm something. Traditional Holdings, after holding a Special Meeting (Cohen was properly legally advised; Phil Spector served as corporate secretary and was advised that Cohen did not attend the meeting and did not provide evidence of his capital contribution to TH), filed a final tax return so that Leonard Cohen and his deranged lawyers cannot do one more thing with respect to the IRS and this corporate structure. The Dean's office at the University of Kentucky confirmed that they placed the minutes in Richard Westin's box. The IRS has the minutes from that Special Meeting. With that return, I provided the IRS with a list of the evidence, witnesses, and my views on what has gone on here. I reviewed quite a lot of this with Boies Schiller who seemed confident that Leonard Cohen would go into court and prove that he committed tax fraud.
All the best,
Kelley
