Mr. Riordan,
The appeal brief mentions Phillip. I'll fax it to you. I've decided not to appeal further. It's not worth being targeted over. It mentions Phil and the Grand Jury. I suppose they think Mick Brown doesn't exist and didn't send me an email. I am very happy to put this to bed. No more emails to the DA's office. They can read my book.
Love,
Kelley

Hi,
I've decided to stop the appeal. The City Attorney continues to lie about me and Agent Tejeda/IRS is a feature. I'll scan it later.
I've asked Franciscco to file a Motion with the Court and advised the CA's office that the appeal is over. The harassment and lies
simply are not worth it. My book will address this. The CA office appears willing to continue lying for a celebrity. I might have
a slight request for a 1099. Of course, I still don't have the information so it's absurd.
All the best,
Kelley
