I received the package with the Reply Brief. I will read it now. You have to file a Motion with the court. I cannot - per the court. I want to discuss the prosecutor's lies about me with you. I think it's clearly retaliation over my appeal. Please call me.
I may want to stop the appeal process due to this harassment.

Please let me know where the appeal reply brief is. I think it's an outrage that the City Attorney's office has retaliated against me.
It is clearly criminal obstruction of justice but there is nothing I can do. Detective Viramontes/LAPD has advised me that this
woman continues to lie about me. Those are my words. He has said that she views this as a threat.
