Here's where things stand now.  Detective Viramontes/LAPD has literally told me that Streeter views this Valentine's card - found online - as a threat.  For the record, I have never seen so many liars in my life.  It shocks the conscience.  Perhaps it's simply bald faced lying or perhaps people are idiots.  I have decided to file a lawsuit and forget the appeal.  Every word from the intent to annoy trial is a lie.  I think it's best to steer clear of Los Angeles and file a federal lawsuit now.
