P.S.  The court is telling me to contact the City Attorney's Office to report Streeter's conduct but I was threatened.  I am not entitled to my legal appeal.  She has to lie and cheat over a Valentine's Day card.  It's psychotic.  She's frightening.  She's terrified?  Well, Viramontes/LAPD asked her about the IRS and FBI.  Someone else can talk to him about that.  Where's the exculpatory evidence?  This is not a game.  I can't afford my high blood pressure medication and this lunatic thinks I'm coming to LA.  It's a celebrity culture and it is insane.  I could have a stroke and she's lying to LAPD about me?  It's on the record.  I have the hospital reports.  And, I have great witnesses.  They think I'm in Dark Shadows Meets Roswell.  We've  never seen people like this in our lives.  Francisco is concerned about my welfare.
