Mr. Riordan,

I will fax you this appeal brief today.  It is filled with lies and Phil Spector is mentioned.  As you know, Mick Brown has confirmed reviewing the transcripts and Cohen's statements about Phil Spector
were presented to the Grand Jury.  They are contradicted by the two versions of the Phil Spector gun stories presented at my trial.  I am preparing a declaration today.  Francisco is preparing a motion to
vacate the appeal.  I am no longer interested in dealing with people I find unconscionable in Los Angeles.  These people happen to be lying about issues relating to my federal and state tax matters which is
outrageous.

I ended up at the hospital again last night with high blood pressure and stress related symptoms.

I am working on my book, other legal matters, and will address the facts and the truth in my own manner - far away from Los Angeles and a gang of people who have clearly targeted me.
