Hello IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Other people also continue to be criminally harassed by the Proxy Stalker.  I will continue to send their evidence to you privately.  This section of the testimony addresses Cohen's "transcript" (which was not entered into evidence) re. my alleged voice mail messages to him on May 25, 2005 as SWAT began to arrive [ultimately advising Rutger that my dog was my hostage and they were taking precautions.].  The transcript makes no sense and I would ONLY mention Anjani Thomas and Adam Cohen when addressing the homes Cohen bought them with assets belonging to TH.  As for Lindsey telling me, on the day of SWAT during one of his calls, "You created this."  That conversation ended with my asking him "I created what?  Cohen's tax fraud?"  I was well aware that Cohen, Lindsey, and Kory were meeting and felt they were attempting to stir up a custody matter including by falsely accusing me of having sex with Oliver Stone.  The transcript, as being read by Cohen in his declaration, makes no sense.  Cohen lies repeatedly and embellishes stories and testimony.  He does not have the tapes evidently.  There were no threats - just my "tone" of voice.  I think Cohen sounds like Dame Edith Sitwell but I'm not certain that that, in and of itself, is criminal.

I also just reviewed Cohen's testimony about the Aryan Nation.  I have addressed ad nauseum the fact that I reported information to DOJ and FBI that related to a Dallas FBI investigation into the Aryan Nation, a murder, meth labs, meth production and distribution, etc.  My young friend, who I met while homeless, feared for his life.  He was concerned that his uncle, who was the subject of the FBI investigation, would harm them.  How is that information, or my recounting what happened while I was homeless, an implied threat to Leonard Cohen?  I would like the FBI to answer that question.  Also, why did the City Attorney target me over that issue in their probation retaliation matter?

It is very clear that Leonard Cohen will say anything.  People are in disbelief that I have corporate books, records, stock units, federal tax returns, etc. proving I have an ownership interest in numerous entities and IP but LA Superior Court wrongfully converted my property to Cohen.  People tend to agree - he's a wealthy celebrity and I am not represented.  Does that permit LA Superior Court to aid and abet theft or wrongfully alter previously filed tax returns?

All the best,

PD:  Now, in that declaration [Cohen’s 2005 declaration] that I showed you earlier, you actually said that you received voice mails that were considerably more threatening, correct?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  PD:  And those – Cohen:  I didn’t see it, but they did become more threatening.  PD:  And when you’re talking about those voice mails, you’re talking about voice mails that were left that day when the police were coming to Ms. Lynch’s house, correct.  Cohen:  Oh, there were dozens and dozens of phone calls since then, Sir.  PD:  I’m talking about in your declaration.  You may take a look.  Cohen:  Well, it is true.  PD:  Okay.  So you received five voice mails on March 25th [May 25], 2005, correct?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  PD:  And you said that the last two voice mails were more threatening, correct?  Cohen:  Yes.  The tone changed.  PD:  Okay.  Well what made them threatening, the tone?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  PD:  What about the words?  Do you remember what those voice mails were about?  Cohen:  I have the transcript somewhere, but I can’t recall exactly what they were.  But the tone, I recall, was chilling.  PD:  Were the words threatening?  Cohen:  I don’t remember exactly what she said.  PD:  Would it help your – refresh your recollection if you saw the transcripts, Sir.  Cohen:  Yes, Sir … yes.  PD:  Okay.  Now, that last voice mail that you said was – got more threatening – Cohen:  I said four and five got more threatening.  PD:  Okay.  I’ll go to four.  Four says, “Hey Leonard, it’s Kelley.  Ray and I are standing here and we’re wondering why you’re trying to destroy our lives.  So please ask that question to Anjani and Adam and yourself.  And if Robert Kory calls me again, Leonard, I swear to God I’m going to lose my fucking mind.”  PD:  Did I read that correctly?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  PD:  In that message you felt that you were being threatened?  Cohen:  Yes.  PD:  Okay.  The next message, it says “Leonard, there are ten policemen outside with rifles drawn.  Do you think you can help me now?  How did it all happen?  Steve said I created it.”  Did I read – that’s correct.  Cohen:  You didn’t read it with quite the tone that Ms. Lynch presented it.  PD:  But those are the words that were said, correct?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  PD:  Where in those words were you threatened?  Cohen:  You destroyed me.  You are going to destroy me.  It’s quite clear there, Sir.  PD:  No.  I’m talking about the last message.  Cohen:  The last message depended on the tone to get the full effect of the message.  PD:  Well, what part of the words were threatening?  Streeter:  Objection; argumentative.  Court:  Overruled.  Cohen:  It’s hard to separate words from tone, Sir.  PD:  Okay.  So you would agree with me that if you could just take the words without the tone – Cohen:  Yes, I do agree with you.  PD:  -- There is nothing threatening there?  Cohen:  No, there isn’t.  RT 310-313

PD:  Okay.  You also mentioned that you were threatened with an email that referenced the Aryan Nation.  Do you remember that?  Cohen:  Correct.  PD:  I’m going to go ahead and show you that email, which has been marked as People’s 14.  Now, you just read that part that said Aryan Nation when you were asked about it, correct?  Cohen:  Right.  PD:  Now, the actual sentence says, P.S. more than one member of the Aryan Nation, so to speak, ended up protecting me on the streets of Santa Monica.”  That’s what the whole sentences says, correct?  And you’re aware that Ms. Lynch was actually homeless in Santa Monica?  Cohen:  Correct.  PD:  Nowhere does that sentence say anything about you, correct?  Cohen:  There are other emails.  PD:  I’m asking about this sentence.  Cohen:  This particular sentence has no reference to me, no – PD:  Okay.  And – Cohen:  -- Although there was an implied menace there.  PD:  Objection; speculation.  Court:  Overruled.  PD:  So that was an implied menace to you?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  When an enemy tells you that the Aryan Nation is protecting her, you would be concerned.  PD:  So you consider Ms. Lynch an enemy?  Cohen:  She considers me an enemy.  She mentions the fact that she’s my enemy forever in email after email.  RT 309-310
