This is the Criminal's response to my blog posts.
I don't think saying "fuck off" to a criminal who has relentlessly targeted me, my children, family members, friends and others for over six straight years is "profane." I don't think the words "fuck off" are obscene. In 1971, the U.S. Supreme Court concluded that the words "fuck the draft" were not obscene. In any event, Gianelli's all over it. What does the criminal really want to talk about? Bruce Cutler. That's because Gianelli functions as Spector's prosecution's operative, agent provocateur, and infiltrator. He argues Spector prosecution theories on line and sets up reasonable doubt theories that can be attacked and refuted. LA Confidential is concerned that Phil Spector will prevail on appeal and want to know who will handle a third trial should there be a remand. It's my position that any prosecutor who proceeds to prosecutor Mr. Spector again should be arrested and prosecuted.
Gianelli has threatened me with his alleged Mafia connections. Gianelli did call Bruce Cutler, using me as a pretext, and asked (as I suspected he would - according to what Gianelli posted online) if he still represented Phil Spector. Gianelli should now call Bruce Cutler and ask him to marry him. I've been quite clear about that fact. I have no interest in Cutler but the fraudulent "domestic violence related order" LA Superior Court provided the City Attorney for Cutler (who did not request one) will be addressed in my federal RICO suit. The same is true for the VAWA funding fraud. Not only is this a Criminal Enterprise but they think it's acceptable for the taxpayer to pay for their activity. I think otherwise.
