Hello IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
Gianelli has written to advise me that he's busy. He most certainly is - harassing me and Ann Diamond, slandering Ann Diamond on Amazon.com, and generally behaving like the criminal that he is. Why would he copy DOJ and FBI on his harassing email advising me that he's busy. See for yourself. It's a 24/7 job for this criminal.
What does the Criminal want to address now? Well, Phil Spector. This criminal is not pro-Spector. He argues prosecution theories online That was quite obvious on Truth Sentinel when this Criminal descended to slander me and Ann Diamond. Gianelli, who worked with Michelle Blaine and may be Kelly Green (of Darwin Exception), had a blog dedicated to Spector. He set up probable cause theories that could be refuted. Sprocket was posting on his blog. See his posting pal Kelly Green's comment about Cutler at this site. Green's in the comments. Gianelli uses fake monikers. Those would evidently include Joff Belark, Kelly Green, 14th Sheepdog, 17th Shitzu, Mongochili and others.
The Criminal is attempting to infiltrate Phil Spector's legal team and these people, LA Confidential, appear desperate about the 9th Circuit. I think the 9th Circuit should slam the Spector prosecutors and LA Confidential. It's about time and the 9th Circuit has had it with prosecutorial misconduct, perjury, Brady violations, etc. They should take a good hard look at LA Superior Court who willfully condones fraud, perjury, theft, etc. Gianelli wants Spector to die in prison. I am very clear about that and so is "Kelly Green." Green's also all over Rachelle Spector. See below. I personally believe the Criminal Stalker known as Gianelli is Green.
Cooley left office after publicly aligning himself with Cohen who the City Attorney elicited perjured testimony about - including with respect to Phil Spector, an email to Dennis Riordan, IRS and federal tax matters, etc. That's one hell of a job for prosecutors paid for by the tax payers. I think my public defender nailed it when he concluded; City Attorney is attempting to sabotage IRS, discredit me, and DA does not want the Spector verdict overturned. Who cares if these thugs are out of office. They can still be arrested and prosecuted, no? Setting up innocent people is a crime. What's Jackie Lacey going to do? Reimburse the taxpayers? Issue an apology? No. These people have liability and will never back down. They will probably consult a Lifetime Movie screen writer to come up with their next round of lies.
Gianelli is stalking, harassing, insulting, and slandering Ann Diamond. Please see her declaration attached hereto. That was signed under the penalty of perjury and I have Cohen's emails about the Guttman incident (which have been given to lawyers, IRS, etc.) and Van Penick's letter to me, his sister-in-law. I wasn't served and Ann Diamond does not believe I was. In fact, Cohen is convinced I was served and submitted my photographs to LA Superior Court in an attempt to prove that. However, the Court just explained to me in a hearing with Cohen's lying lawyers that the proof of service is clear that I was not served. A legal default judgment cannot include THEFT. Leonard Cohen's fraud default judgment is evidence of theft, alter ego, self-dealing, money laundering, and co-mingling. Boies Schiller felt Cohen was doing an excellent job of proving his own role in criminal tax fraud. I agree.
Cohen has intentionally failed to serve me; intentionally run statute of limitations; wants to use res judicata and can respond to my RICO suit and speak to a federal court.
Gianelli, and many others, belong in prison.

Apparently today is judgement day for Spector. Yep, Tuesday, February 21, 2012 is the day the Supremes will decide wether or not they will hear Spector's case. So, what do your guys think: will the Supremes hear his case or will they tell Spector that he's going to die alone in a dank prison cell?

Honestly, does anyone care about the trial bridezilla? The second she realizes he's only going to leave prison in a body bag, she'll be gone as will ALL his money! They deserve one another.

1. I am among those who want Phil Spector's murder conviction to be reversed, not because I think he is necessarily innocent, but because I have been convinced from day-one that he did not get a fair trial.
2. Unfortunately, given Spector's heath and the 2-3 years that it is going to take the 9th circuit to do his thing, then another expected appeal from there to the US Supreme Court - delaying the finality of whatever the 9th circuit does - we have to face the real possibility that Spector is going to die before the appellate process has run its course.
3. In any event, no one is "worried" about a third Spector trial. In fact, the incumbent DA who presided over the trial, the Assistant DA, and all trial counsel have all left government service for bigger and better things and will be completely unaffected by any reversal. I cannot imagine that - having obtained their conviction while they were prosecutors, they care at this point now that they are in private practice. so no, Ms. Lynch, there is no "conspiracy" that cares one way or the other about "protecting" the conviction.
4. I am not slandering Ann Diamond, I am forwarding her email to me dated January 17, 2014 responding to my news that your long awaited motion to set aside Cohen's default J had been denied, because she said - point blank - that she never believed your claim that you were "never served" with the suit to begin with, so the denial of the motion did nothing to change how she feels.
5. Your other claims - while amusing - are all barred by the passage of time and the res judicata effect of the 2006 default J in BC338322.
