Rigorous Intuition's thread on CIA's MKULTRA program and Leonard Cohen's self-acknowledged role in that program is quite interesting. Have you had an opportunity to listen to Paulette, Ann, and my interviews? They're quite revealing. I can assure you that I am not to blame for Cohen's statements that he was in MKULTRA or with respect to his insane stories about the Bay of Pigs, Yom Kippur War, etc. These stories, together with Cohen's perjured testimony and three versions of his good rock 'n roll gun stories about Phil Spector (now before LA Superior Court), prove that Leonard Cohen is a chronic liar and fabulist. He comes up with one fabricated narrative after another. He also likes to intrigue journalists and fans with his inferences that he is some type of spy or revolutionary. I would like to interview someone at CIA for my book. What precise message would CIA attempt to communicate through Leonard Cohen? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Also, Cohen has a long and publicly documented history of drug and alcohol abuse, psychiatric problems, etc. He has publicly discussed his extensive use of LSD, meth, etc. Even the film "American Ultra" concluded that it would be very very difficult to mind control someone who is high and indulges in drugs.
In any event, I would like to interview someone at CIA familiar with the MKULTRA program and the use of mind controlled operatives. Many people seem extremely interested in this program and LA Confidential appears to be running some type of psychotic spin-off.
