Hello IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
I see the Criminal Stalker has copied two of your agencies in on this inane email Of course, these allegations are germane. They were used against me in the fraud domestic violence matter. They are also relevant and material because both the City Attorney and Cohen lied about these issues and I was falsely accused of making these statements. I have Cohen's emails on this topic and Van Penick's letter to his sister-in-law, me. That letter addressed the fact that Freda Guttman inquired about this situation with Ann Diamond. It's fascinating that Cohen and his lawyer, Stephen Gianelli, only believe Cohen's perjured testimony is protected. Ann Diamond's declaration will also be submitted to federal court together with Gianelli's emails harassing and threatening me and Ann over this situation. These allegations are not false. This situation unfolded precisely as addressed in Ann Diamond's declaration and I have substantial evidence proving that fact.
I know the facts here and I don't intend to address at this time whether or not Lorca Cohen had a heroin problem. I have witnesses who could also address that issue - one way or another.
The Criminal, and others, targeted my then minor son. Please read both of my sons' declarations. I don't rely on statements made by pathological liars and criminals with motive such as Gianelli. Both of my sons have addressed the fact that the lies and slander confused them.
I can assure you that Cohen is not my father and I am the one who refused to meet with him when we parted ways. I personally remain convinced that Gianelli is a perverted unofficial member of Cohen's absurd and outrageous legal team. It's obscene to think that I cannot address or confront slander, libel, defamation, false allegations, and/or Cohen's theft, fraud, and perjury. A default judgment is not a license to steal and no case precedent will ever prove otherwise. Cohen is now attempting to embezzle additional fraudulent financial interest and seems to think it's perfectly acceptable to steal nearly $6.7 million in corporate assets, withhold IRS required tax and corporate information, etc.
Gianelli would like to obtain a copy of my Declaration to FTB's Fraud Unit and that's why he has mentioned Doug Davis. FTB is quite clear - they are not permitted to speak to Gianelli or any third party about me or my tax matters.
What does the FTC think of me? I don't know. What do they think of Eminem or themselves for that matter.

Responding to the enumerated points in your email chronologically:
[1] I have not threatened you or Ann Diamond. I am simply pointing out that the allegations in Ann Diamond’s declaration (that you are now mass emailing around, including to the gossip website for the National Inquirer, Radar On-Line), were not even remotely germane to the issues before the court when it was filed. The issues before the court included were you properly served with Leonard Cohen’s lawsuit in August of 2005 and could the court even consider your 2015 request to vacate the resulting default judgment having previously denied the motion on January 17, 2014 – NOT was Lorca molested by her father or is Lorca a heroin addict. Therefore, these false and libelous allegations were not privileged. Nor was your foreseeable republication of the declaration. I do not speak for Leonard or Lorca Cohen but they both have a libel case against Ann Diamond. That is a legal fact, not a threat – because I have no power to file the suit or even to persuade those persons to sue (or not to sue).
[2] If Ann Diamond is sued for libel, she would be required to prove that Lorca Cohen made those statements and/or was molested and that she is a heroin addict – not with hearsay, but with a live witness, who testified from the witnesses stand as to the truth of those accusations. You talk like Lorca’s alleged statements at school are a given. I assure you they are not. You have nothing to lose by engaging in this libel. Cohen already has a $14M judgment against you and you have no money, no property and no prospects. But Ann Diamond cannot afford to be so reckless as that. (I would add that Ann Diamond, in her recent blog comments – while not mentioning Lorca by name – implied that the accusations are true by stating that the “victim” either made her peace or was “bought off”. There would not be a “victim” unless the allegations were true. But I digress.)
[3] REMOVED THE STALKER'S SLANDEROUS REMARKS AND FALSE COMMENTS ABOUT KELLEY LYNCH'S SONS.
[4] I am not Leonard Cohen’s “operative or proxy”. I realize why it is important to you to think so, though. Because Cohen (“Daddy”) is ignoring you and has been ignoring you since he fired you in 2004. I however am communicating with you. Your need for Daddy to pay attention to you is so great, that you have invented this fantasy (irresponsibly fed by Ann Diamond and a few of her Canadian pals) that I am a Cohen “operative” – of which there is zero evidence.
Last, I note that you are still cc’ing Doug Davis of the Franchise Tax Board. This is the California tax official who stated that he instructed his IT department to block your emails in 2012, and YOU replied to this with a vicious flurry of emails stating “back away from my life loser” and calling him a “faggot” and accusing him of a homosexual relationship with the undersigned. What do you think the FTC thinks of you at this point? How about the other federal agencies you spam daily?

Leonard Cohen feels absolutely protected lying about us and falsely accusing anyone he wants. That includes Phil Spector. Cohen told me for 20 years that Phillip never held a gun on him. He now has three versions of his good rock 'n roll gun story about Phillip before LA Superior Court. Leonard Cohen has now stolen from me, Machat & Machat, and Phil Spector (according to Machat who negotiated the contract for the "Death Of" album). Do you know why Cohen feels protected? Because his lies, fraud, perjury, and theft work with LA Superior Court and certain government actors he's in bed with in Los Angeles. That includes the former District Attorney of Los Angeles, Steve Cooley.

The City Attorney felt completely comfortable falsely accusing me of these statements and attempted to convince a jury that I personally accused Cohen of being in NAMBLA - based on statements about "Gianelli." The FBI cautions parents about adult strangers targeting minors but the City Attorney approves of this conduct. They approve of a man exposing his "penis" to a female colleague. They approve of theft - corporate and otherwise. They approve of people illegally withholding tax information. They approve of fraudulent domestic violence orders. Do you see something wrong with the City Attorney of Los Angeles? Well, they are running a celebrity justice program. Cohen's perjured statements are not protected but he is a celebrity with lawyers willing to lie about anything and everything.
As for MKULTRA. I personally am not in a position to address whether Cohen's statements about that program are factual or not. I know that he personally advised me that he was in this CIA program. You can read his own statements about his role in the Bay of Pigs and Yom Kippur War. Was he reconnaissance during the Bay of Pigs who was arrested by Castro's forces and interrogated as the first individual to land on Cuba re. the Bay of Pigs? It would be impossible for me to address. I will file a FOIA request with CIA and we shall see what CIA has in their files.
I find it fascinating that Leonard Cohen believes he can lie, steal, and cheat with absolute immunity. I suppose the celebrity justice program being run out of LA Confidential afford him that protection. [4]And the criminal known as Gianelli? Well, he is most definitely Cohen's "operative," proxy, and criminally harassing many parties over his client, Leonard Cohen. Keep in mind that the stakes are high and the lows are as vile and evil as one can get. There is a reason Los Angeles is viewed as utterly corrupt. One reason is due to the fact that it is utterly corrupt.
