Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and FTB,

My sons, sister, friends, etc. have now been criminally harassed by these people since May 2009 when Gianelli allegedly heard from Michelle Rice.  I have asked Jeffrey Korn if he could assist in bringing this criminal conduct to an end.  

Walsh just replied to Rutger.  Please note that the "City Attorney," who lied about many IRS matters, is copied in on their emails.  I think Rutger nailed this situation.  Please do refer back to Cohen's email noting that he saw Rutger copied in.  

Susanne Walsh is a liar.  I have all of their emails.  This criminal harassment now revolves around the Motions i intend to file.  Please see Steve Miller's lawsuit.  Swanigan has allegedly retaliated against others.  According to Steve Miller, some City Attorneys are "angry."  Sounds like LA Confidential.

This case should be fascinating.  Are the taxpayers footing the bill?
“It falls on the weird side of things,” said Los Angeles-based attorney Fred Woocher, who isn’t involved in either case but has sued the city on numerous occasions. Woocher said he didn’t see a direct legal conflict but questioned why Swanigan was assigned to this harassment case.
“Her personal interest could be adverse to the client that she is now representing,” Woocher said.

I am sorry Rutger Penick, I did not mean to copy you in on my mail to Kelley Lynch. I have not contacted your mother for a very long time, but still she keeps mentioning my name, with accusations of different crimes and guesswork of what I "maybe involved in" with Mr. Cohen, Mr. Gianelli and others, in order to "target and harass" her, on her very public blog and in e-mails to several different authorities (IRS, FBI, DOJ, different judges, attorneys, medias etc.). I have asked her to remove my name from her from all these publications, she refuses.
However, I am sorry to bother you with this, it will not happen again.

Ms. Lynch,

If you habitually author emails expressly accusing named persons of criminal conduct (e.g., employees of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, Susanne Walsh, the undersigned, a public relations firm that has done work for Leonard Cohen) and then post them on your Google indexed blog,  it is neither surprising nor sinister when the persons you are slandering on the World Wide Web show an interest in your blog.

Indeed, if it weren’t for the people you are slandering reading your blog, you would have virtually no blog visitors at all.

So please, don’t pretend that you are not getting exactly the attention you wanted or that visits to your blog by persons expressly mentioned therein evinces anything illegal or improper.  

Your assumption that the IRS is interested in your blog readership is another issue altogether. Suffice it to say that that it is emblematic of your mental illness and evidence that you are not taking your medication – as is your email reference that is (typical for you) wholly unrelated to the subject matter of  your email (below).

Hi IRS,

The criminal stalker has been on my blog quite a lot today.  So has Cohen fan, Susanne Walsh.  What is Gianelli at?  It seems as though he is focused on the IRS and federal tax matters.  In any event, you might want to review these posts and emails.  I'm sure the next round of lies will be fascinating.  And, there are the liars at the City Attorney's office.  Their lies and responses to my federal lawsuit should prove fascinating.
