One lie is used to excuse another. I have been clear with Korn - I am filing a Motion asking Judge Hess to refer Cohen (and others) to the DA for a perjury prosecution. I am filing a Motion to Dismiss the fraudulently registered "domestic violence" order. I've advised Korn that if he would like me to speak to Gianelli, a criminal who has stalked and harassed me and others since May 2009 (when he heard from Rice), an entry of appearance should be entered in these matters.
Here's my personal opinion: Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud and has a team of lawyers, and proxies, willing to do or say anything. My federal lawsuit will address federal tax and corporate issues.

It does not address what phantom income was shifted to me but not distributed. These are some of the issues I have attempted to address.I have advised you that I am finalizing a motion asking Hess to refer Cohen (and others) to the District Attorney's office for a perjury prosecution. I am also submitting a Complaint to the DA's Justice Integrity Division and have already spoken to them about this unconscionable situation. I have asked DOJ to investigate the fraudulent registration of the Boulder order as a domestic violence order in California. The original order can only be modified by the Boulder, Colorado Court and there was and is no domestic violence. There is, however, perjury about a material fact related to the statutory required "dating relationship." Cohen acknowledged changing his testimony from one hearing to another and he did not retract his testimony. He was caught in a lie and blamed me for [his own lies when I had not testified about the issue].Why is the IRS copied in on this email, Jeffrey? Because I have been documenting everything I've gone through, and all the lies and perjury and other tactics, for IRS since reporting the allegations that Cohen committed criminal tax fraud to IRS on April 15, 2005.The lies are mounting. It is one lie on top of another. If you have any questions, please direct them to me yourself or ask Gianelli, who is a criminal from my perspective, to enter an appearance.
