As I have advised you, I will not be addressing Gianelli's legal defense of Leonard Cohen unless he enters a formal notice of appearance in the entirely legal matters I am addressing.
I have privately addressed the fraudulent default judgment, fraudulent refunds, and willful disregard for all corporate governance and federal tax returns with IRS, FBI, DOJ, FTB, etc.
The Colorado order was fraudulently registered in California as domestic violence. Nothing will change that. If LA Superior Court wants to adhere to fraudulent positions, I will then file a lawsuit in federal court. Federal issues are implicated.
If you personally have any questions, feel free to contact me. I await your reply re. the IRS required form 1099 Cohen failed to provide me with 2004; the LCI illegal K-1s (unless you can provide me with evidence); the TH K-1s showing income to me which Prins failed to address on the fraudulent ledger; the phantom income shifted to me but not distributed, and other very serious federal tax and corporate matters.
No one is interested in Leonard Cohen. The IRS, FTB, and State of Kentucky view me as a partner on numerous entities. This is supported by the corporate records, agreements, tax returns, etc. I was not served Cohen's lawsuit. It's interesting that your client views himself as a perpetual victim. No one's interested in him on this end. Perhaps the awe inspired prosecutor would like to continue fawning over Leonard Cohen. I, on the other hand, am addressing serious and legitimate federal tax and corporate issues, etc.
If you would let me know what date Cohen believes we separated that would be helpful.
