Hello DOJ,
I am filing a complaint with the California State Auditor. That is listed as one possible entity to file complaints with re. fraud and domestic violence orders.
I find it outrageous that LA Superior Court permitted Cohen to file the Boulder, Colorado restraining order as a "domestic violence" order in Los Angeles. IT's not a domestic violence order. As I've said, I know another individual prosecuted by the City Attorney's Family Violence Unit in a matter where she does NOT know the individual [who obtained the "domestic violence" order]. She also found this out after her trial. The key here is the "BQ" case number. I did not learn until the Spring 2013, and documented this for DOJ, that Cohen obtained a domestic violence order. I was arrested, kidnapped from the Bay Area, denied bail (also based on lies), prosecuted, convicted, sentenced for violation of a domestic violence order.
See attached the evidence Boulder Combined Court sent me. This evidence also explains why I - and others - have been told since approximately 2009 that the Boulder order expired on February 15, 2009 and the judge entered my Motion to Quash/Dismiss on January 12, 2009. The Boulder Combined Court advised me, and others, that it expired. I relied on that information and willfully violated nothing. Furthermore, this fraud order has been used to prevent me from requesting IRS required information, transmitting same, and Cohen's lawyers have now argued that it prevents me from effecting service on a registered agent of a corporation. That individual, Robert Kory, had a "domestic violence related' order.
I was prosecuted and retaliated against by the City Attorney's "Domestic Violence" Unit but the Colorado order is not domestic violence and cannot be modified by anyone but the original court. I will address all of this in a federal lawsuit (because this crosses state borders) but am asking LA Superior Court's "Family Law" Division to dismiss it now that I have Boulder Court's evidence and just received the March 23, 2012 "bail hearing" testimony where Cohen testified that we were in a purely business relationship and confirmed that I never stole from him. That testimony alone completely undermines the "domestic violence" order and the "default judgment' and fraud IRS and FTB refunds.
I personally believe, and so do others, that the DOJ needs to investigate the City Attorney and audit. Look at how many branches they have. And, according to their information, they run 11,000 domestic violence cases through these offices each year. Some of these are foreign orders that are NOT domestic violence and it is a federal crime. It also involves wire fraud.
I continue to be criminally harassed over this matter. Once I file this complaint, I will a formal complaint using your form.
LA Confidential is out of control. They have attempted to extort domestic violence fines and fees from me and subjected me to probation that included "domestic violence" requirements. Look at the sentencing memo. They had a domestic violence counselor (whose office has confirmed she doesn't diagnose people without seeing them) review five select alleged emails (one was evidently the parody about Cooley who was running around demanding the death penalty and wanted California to use a drug you put dogs down with), conclude that I should be drugged and committed. There's no domestic violence and this woman and her organization should be investigated. My PD told me she works with the City Attorney frequently. Others have noted that LA has a scam going with the Court and mental health commitments.
Please see the LA Superior Court website where it confirms that Cohen registered this order as "domestic violence."
I'll email you a copy of the Complaint I file with the State Auditer. The "subject" will be Family Violent prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter and her retaliatory colleagues who were working with Stephen Gianelli. God knows where they are headed with all of this but I know they lied about IRS and federal tax matters. Streeter told the jurors that I have the tax information and do not legitimately want it. That's a bald faced lie and she had no evidence to support that. I reviewed the "IRS BInder' and decided to subpoena Agent Tejeda. There could be no privacy issues re. Cohen and these IRS matters. He gave this binder to the City Attorney and they were handed to my lawyers. I had no idea about his refunds. I know this - LA Superior Court is hearing federal tax matters in many different departments. I think that's seriously illegal.

L.A. GETS $1.6 MILLION TO COMBAT ELDER ABUSE

Calling elder abuse one of the most under-reported crimes in the city, Los Angeles officials on Wednesday announced plans to expand its efforts to protect senior citizens with some help from the Department of Justice and Verizon Corp.
Mayor Eric Garcetti and City Attorney Mike Feuer said the awarding of $1.6 million in grants to the city will help fund efforts to train police officers in recognizing the signs of elder abuse, which often involves family members and can be somewhat of a hidden crime.
“Our office is in the forefront of domestic violence,” Feuer said. “Our office receives 11,000 cases of domestic violence each year, but last year, we received only 100 cases of elder abuse. We know there are more cases out there.
“We know elder abuse is under-reported. We know the victims rely on caretakers and are reluctant to come forward. There are gaps in our elder abuse focus, and we will be working to cover those gaps.”
Garcetti said domestic abuse cases continue to rise even as all other categories of crime in the city are at historic lows.
The new programs will be working with those in the private sector and nonprofits to help law enforcement attune to impalpable signals that could indicate mistreatment of this vulnerable population.
“Our city has absolutely zero tolerance for domestic abuse, for sexual abuse, for elder abuse,” Garcetti said. “We want the victims to know we are here to help.”
Assistant Police Chief Michel Moore said the problem with domestic violence is it continues for generations and often begets other criminal problems.
“We would encourage people to pay attention to the elderly,” Moore said. “If you see repeated signs of bruising or other problems, report it.”
Moore said friends and neighbors watch for any increased isolation of an elderly person, which could be a sign of trouble.
