Jeffrey,

The harassment with Gianelli continues.  I've asked the DOJ to address this and to investigate why he was communicating with Cohen's lawyer, your co-counsel, and working in tandem with Susanne Walsh who would copy Rice in on her harassing emails to my sons, sister, and others.  

I'm not going to bring these emails to your attention any longer.  I'm going to follow the advice of my appellate attorney and forward them to the FBI.  He thinks this is an IRS matter and he has never seen anything like Gianelli in his life.  He was horrendously harassed and slandered.  

I will simply bring this to the attention of Judge Hess.  As far as I'm concerned, he too is your co-counsel.  The DA's office thinks he might be an "investigator."  He's written Phil Spector's investigator who I have spoken with many times.  Paulette has as well.

Hi,

I think Superfon was correct - Neal Greenberg is not a Buddhist.  Investigator Brian Bennett, DA's office, recalled my telling him that Cohen was black mailing me; he told me his wife would "kill" Kory if he did to her what he did to me; and he believes my matters are federal matters.  This situation is so insane.  No one in reality can believe it.  Part of the issue is LA Superior Court.  I find it corrupt, incompetent, and the judges do not seem to understand evidence, evidence authentication, hearsay, impeachment evidence, Brady requirements, perjury, concealment, prosecutrial misconduct, etc.  It is utterly astounding.  I don't care what anyone thinks about my views on LA Superior Court.  I want to move onto federal court.  One thing - their cronies are not running the scene.
