IRS,

This email is from SEC and addresses the issues I raised on my Complaint.  I have filed further complaints with SEC and addressed Kory and DiMascio's remarks about Greenberg and securities violations, churning, etc.  This was addressed with Greenberg in my email to him at this time.  Westin was copied in on that email.

I have no idea what lawsuit the SEC reviewed.  I am all over the Greenberg Complaint.  I wasn't named as a defendant until later however.

All the best,
Kelley

SEC File No. HO1089877

Dear Ms. Lynch:

Thank you for your email.

While we sympathize with your situation, we are unable to help you because the issue you’ve raised is not one that we deal with at the SEC.  The SEC administers and enforces the federal laws that govern the sale and trading of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities  We have a website, www.sec.gov, that explains a great deal o f what we do.

I have read a portion of the lawsuit that you reference in your email and your name was not mentioned.  I suggest you seek the advice of legal counsel for any assistance they may be able to provide.  The SEC cannot interview in legal disputes between brokerage firms and individuals.

Once again, thank you for contacting us.
