I would like to point out that Cohen's lawyers, Greenberg, Glusker, received the corporate books in October 2004. I didn't have any books. I wasn't the accountant. Leonard Cohen and his daughter removed all files from my office. That includes, but is not limited to, all accounting files, corporate files (apart from the actual corporate books that I provided my lawyers), royalty statements, agreements, financial statements, bank statements, etc. Leonard Cohen's personal bank statement went to his home. He took all the corporate bank files. He took all IRS records. He took all Neal Greenberg's statements. What books? He's just lying. He didn't need my bank statements to prepare the fraudulent ledger that willfully disregards all corporate governance, tax returns, stock units, agreements, etc.
Of course, Cohen is really concerned about being discredited. Has this gone all over the place? Well, the FBI did tell me that this is taking place all across the country so I guess Cohen's correct. Leonard Cohen spent months attempting to settle with me, provide me with substantial money, and wanted me to testify in mediations.
These people are sickening. He launched a lawsuit because of Greenberg's and it is retaliation over IRS. The IRS knows I reported Cohen's tax fraud on April 15, 2005. I have an email from Kory in May 2005 advising me that he understood I was reporting the allegations of criminal tax fraud. DiMascio & Berardo set forth the penalties and interest and confirmed that it was criminal tax fraud. How was the money removed from HIS accounts? This is not simple alter ego. This is an ego maniac with paid thugs targeting me for years. Clearly, there should an investigation into why I have been relentlessly criminally harassed. I asked Investigator Frayeh - would you want your sons harassed like this? His answer - NO. He thought Investigator Brian Bennett could help bring this to an end. I think the IRS should. It's witness tampering, witness intimidation, stalking, etc. A man I spoke to about this yesterday was livid. He could not believe it. Francisco was clear - he has never seen anything like this in his entire legal career. He has been relentlessly harassed. I would assume it is highly illegal. At this point, Francisco is now a witness.

Did he learn that he borrowed or caused to be expended $6.7 million in Traditional Holdings, LLC's assets? Can he walk away with nothing? He had just received $1 million; I was negotiating a multi-million lithograph deal he pursued; there was an offer - on October 21, 2004 - for the last IP deal he demanded, and he planned to tour. He rushed to IRS six months before the default judgment was entered. I guess they figured they had a plan when they realized I was advising everyone I wasn't served. They made no attempt to serve me.What's bizarre about my emails? I've been documenting everything for IRS since reporting the allegations of Cohen's criminal tax fraud to IRS on April 15 2005 and the State Kentucky prior to that.Are the TH accounts "his?" I thought they were corporate accounts? What do you think Streeter thought when Cohen testified on March 23, 2012 that I never stole from him; just his "peace of mind." This is a clearly viewed as a game by Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, Jeffrey Korn, and the lunatics criminally harassing me.I think I have every right to file these motions and a federal lawsuit addressing the federal tax matters that were never litigated and issues re. conspiracy, witness tampering, witness intimidation, bribery, extortion, etc.People are confident. They keep going into court and lying. There are lies upon lies upon lies. The City Attorney lied and then retaliated. The City Attorney was communicating with a man criminally harassing me and encouraged that individual to continue harassing me and communicate messages from their office to me. It's a nice scam going on here.I hope to file my motions next week and am creating a schedule of evidence for IRS. Most, if not all, of the evidence has been provided to IRS. I don't care if this situation is 10 years old. There's a fraudulent default judgment; I wasn't served; and there's serious federal tax issues and corporate matters that I am being criminally harassed over.
